Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. Scheduled maintenance Call by technician was available Earlier Than originally Planned. I accepted this to free up my day. The work was Performed quickly and he explained the condition of the equipment. The compressor is still under warranty. The condition of other parts will need to be monitored especially sleeve bearings. Capacitor change was made to protect/extend motor life. Outdoor unit was cleaned and recommendation made to increase clearance with neighbors unit. Pleased with thoroughness of service.
