Best Sink Installation in Lexington KY

From recent experience for kitchen drain repair, I'm not sure I would do more work with H2O Maesteo. A quote for the work was provided but they will not give you a break down of parts vs. labor. They say it's straight forward pricing, but from one tech to another the price can be different. Be cautious when getting a quote for non standard work if you want to be sure you're getting what you pay for. Lesson learned on my end the hard way, would hate to see other home owners waste their money. After multiple requests for details of the quote, being told they can't give it to me, that's highly suspicious of overpaying for work taking place. Now waiting for a manager to return my call, this has red flags all over it.

Jacob was quick, efficient, polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and quickly remedied the issue and left our bathroom cleaner than he found it afterward. He worked with our homeowners warranty company and provided all pertinent information without question. He's truly an asset to Roto-Rooter. Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

I have no complaint about the prompt service or the courteous plumber (Shawn) that replaced a toilet.
However, $650 for the same toilet that Home Depot sells for $200 is criminal. The total came to $756 and I am just sick about it. I take responsibility for signing off on the work...that's on me. I can't compare Mr. Rooter to any other plumbing business but if this is standard practice, it's not only wrong but immoral. GOD help you if you need a toilet replaced.
UPDATE SEPTEMBER 17, 2018.....
After some research, I have determined the extent to which I was gouged by Mr. Rooter.
As I stated earlier, Home Depot has the exact same toilet for $200 including tax. That is retail and does not take into consideration the contractor discount that Mr. Rooter would have received. His cost would have been about $150.
I contacted 3 plumbers to get a quote for removing and replacing a toilet. That cost would be between $100 and $125 depending on what may need to be replaced such as the flange.
So, if I would have purchased the toilet myself and had a plumber install it for me, the total cost would have been between $300 and $325. Now, I understand if the cost of the toilet had been $50 to $100 more for his profit but how do you justify more than $430 in cost to replace a toilet.
The invoice that Mr. Rooter gave me did not breakdown or itemize the $756 charge. The invoice simply states AMERICAN STANDARD CHAMPION WHITE ELONGATED TOILET $756.75. NO COST FOR THE TOILET.....NO COST FOR THE LABOR.... NO COST FOR ADDITIONAL PARTS....NOT EVEN TAX According to David W. Napier, the owner of this Mr. Rooter franchise, he doesn't break down his invoices'.
The work was done on a weekday during business hours.
For those who are trying to get by on a fixed income be prepared to pay dearly for the services of one Mr. Rooter.
SO, CONSIDER THIS A WARNING!!!!!! BEFORE YOU CALL MR. ROOTER

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
