We had a great experience working with Fast Flow Plumbing when we had a big back up and were so impressed with their employee, Joe. Joe was professional, polite and fixed the problem quickly and well. He did all of this on a Sunday and was at our house within an hour or us calling about the problem. That promptness and professionalism is appreciated all the time but even more on a weekend because we were not sure we would be able to find someone to come fix it! We appreciate their help and if we ever have another plumbing issue, they will be the first call. Thanks Fast Flow and Joe!

This is our third experience with Dauenhauer and each time they have delivered as advertised. We needed to replace an outdated hot water heater system. Our tech Michael Reynolds did an awesome service and installation job. He explained what was going on every step of the way and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. Everyone from customer service to the home tech was so nice and positive, excellent examples of what customer service should be.

Had a great experience with PSI when my water heater went out. They were easy to contact, came when they said they would, and worked quickly. Special thanks to Jason for going out of his way to find a replacement part for my old tank, and to Derek who was proactive when working with my Home Warranty company to get the entire unit replaced when the new part didn't resolve the issue.

Both the receptionist who took my call and Robert English who came to the plumbing rescue were phenomenal. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, quick. We had sewage backing up in our basement and they had the problem identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Robert was great! Highly recommend.
