I used Ace Plumbing for repairs to my house for sale, and to my new house for move in. Mr Wilson did a great job scheduling within my time frame, showed up and worked hard to get the work done quickly, and did a clean and professional job in both places.

Matt did a great job I will call him and they pluming cop back any time.

We called in with a burst pipe, and they came out the same night, while other places had told us it would be at least three days until they could fit us in (record low temperatures resulting in many burst pipes all over town). The price was reasonable (only a $45 emergency charge, rather than time and a half for coming after hours) and the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience we'll call them again!

Alex, our technician was timely, knowledgable and very helpful. We have a geothermal system and they have several techs trained on this equipment. They arrived exactly at our appointment time.

I got Bluegrass Rooter to install an outside spigot for me in the older home that I purchased. Chris showed up and did an absolutely stellar job. I'm exceedingly happy with the quality of work and how quick he was able to get the job done. The price was reasonable and he explained the warranty on parts and labor to me before he even began.
