Josh went above and beyond I felt like to ensure our needs were met. Not only did he fix our sink, he explained why he was doing each step and ways to prevent future issues.

My kitchen sink was backed up and my dish washer is having tough time to drain water. Roto-Rooter stepped in early than scheduled time and fixed my problem in no time. Technician answered all questions I have. No hidden charges and reasonable cost. They stand behind their work for 6 months. I highly recommend this place and I will surely use them for my future needs.

Buzz and Micah roughed-in water, drain, and vent lines for a toilet, sink, water heater, and washing machine for a half-bath addition in an existing laundry/utility space. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They were on time and courteous. They are experienced and very well adept at working with the old galvanized steel plumbing and adapting it for the newer polymer plumbing (PEX/PVC). They even took the extra step to repair a corroded section of pipe that wasn't initially quoted. I would certainly recommend their services for any plumbing situation that you may have (construction or repair, metal or polymer pipes, etc.).

I have been having multiple plumbing issues. I called Plumbing Systems and they are excellent. They actually go out of there way to fix all of my issues and were extremely kind. I will recommend to all my friends as well. Very hard to find service like this anymore!

We have owned two homes over the past 10 years that have needed a complete replacement of an HVAC system and Ron and Bluegrass Rooter provided EXCELLENT service. This is a very big investment and can be very scary for homeowners to deal with. Fortunately, Ron walked us through every decision and gave us the perfect systems for our needs and our budget. I never (not once) felt pressured to buy a specific system and he was able to provide industry review information to help us select a highly rated, reliable and energy efficient system. In addition, we have always been pleased with their plumbing services and they are always our first call for any concerns including tank kits, clogged drains, re-routing pipe in our yard for our sewer pump, and even replacing our hot water heater when it finally gave out.

I would like to add that Ron is also a very nice and trustworthy person. I first met him at the Lexington Ronald McDonald House where he was assisting with several plumbing issues. He was kind and courteous to the staff, volunteers and guest families. His prices are always fair and I know that the RMHC charity has been very pleased with his service as well as his commitment to our community.

Our new covered deck was completed by DDR in a timely and professional manner. DDR takes great pride in their work. They were easy to work with and the communication was great. Scott kept us informed and was very helpful while going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend DDR to anyone.

They completed work, then the city said a final inspection was needed that they didn't do. We called them repeatedly and finally got a hold of them and Mike said can't call him and get same day service and hung up on us. Terrible company!
