I recently needed someone to check out my air conditioning unit. Cecil's sent a young man that was very professional, told me exactly like he was doing, and then above and beyond and changed out my filters, checked my unit in my crawl space and was just an all around nice guy. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband was asleep cause he doesn’t get off work til 5am & he was very quiet & respectful. Which Was opposite of what I got from the first plumber I called. David replaced a blown low voltage fuse then was able to see that fuse blow, identifying a short in the system. Tearing apart the blower unit showed no visible shorts, checking thermostat connections showed no visible short, disconnected outdoor unit and tore it apart, still no visible shorts inside outdoor unit. Noticed insulation had chew marks, found short inside the wall where mice had attacked.
