Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

Prices are waaay too high!!!! Was quoted 350$ found someone to do the same job for 65$ it was a simple snake for hair in my shower...took him less than 15 min and it's working beautifully now!!! I will never use your service senior on a fixed income prices are ridiculous!!!

For a faucet replacement I was quoted $379 by HPS, $360 by roto-rooter, and I was also pressured to pay for over-hours fees by HPS because they couldn't get anyone out for 1.5 weeks during regular hours to replace a faucet which took Titan 30 minutes.

Anyways, I tried Titan for the first time. I was able to get same day service. My price was only 175 dollars (I had the replacement faucet on hand from Home Depot).
Experience? My dispatcher was kind and to the point.
They said they would be there at 5. I received a call at 4:45 letting me know they were on their way.
They showed up, came in. I showed them the job site, and they got to work. They were finished in 30 minutes. No issues at all. Brand new faucet installed in 30 minutes that worked like a charm. The 2 techs that came out were diligent and friendly. They quickly offered their advice and that was that.
I will definitely use Titan again.

The guy promised on the phone that he garunteed they would unclog the drain for $85. When the guy got here 2 hours late, then he only tried about 10 minutes with a tiny snake that didn't even have a top on it. It was just a broken thing. And he could not clear the drain and told me 'oh well. Then tells me I still have to pay $87. So I gave him $90 and he tried to drive off without even giving me change. So garbage company would charge . Even tho he did not do anything he still charged me. Don't ever use this company

Super pleased by Brandon. He came by to fix a pipe stoppage for our washing machine. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly.

Please note the 5 stars is just for Brandon. This was the second visit by Honest Plumber. There was some confusion with what the issue was during the first visit by another plumber. Thankfully we got Brandon this time and he fixed the issue on the spot (no repiping necessary). Wish we got him the first time around - it would've saved us so much time!

Had a leak in our back yard and had to shut off the valve. Called Payless plumbing, spoke with Kim who was wonderful, and she sent out Josh C. who available to come asap. Fixed the issue with no problems. From the start of the leak to fixed was less than an hour! Josh was professional and prompt. Thanks, Payless!
