My wife contacted Advanced Plumbing around 930am and was greeted by a helpful employee. The employee looked up who was available in our area and said that someone would be at our home within an hour and a half. The service technician arrived within that amount of time. Ryan was knowledgeable and personable. He took care of our concerns quickly and efficiently and also gave a reasonable estimate for the repairs. We would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

This company was amazing at Re-piping our hot water lines in our home. They came out the same day and gave us an estimate and the worker was very patient and informative. They started working on our home the very next day and the job was complete in 2 days! The owner is an awesome guy! I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

They weren’t bad, but they weren’t that great either. The guy that came to my house was nice, and he really did seem like he tried to figure out how to fix my problem. However, I got the feeling that he was was not super experienced. He literally told me “I don’t know” to multiple questions that I asked him. I guess I appreciate the honesty, but I feel like if I’m paying you $250 for a visit you should be able to answer my questions. Only one of the problems I had called about got fixed. Now I have to call someone else and see if they can help me with the unsolved problem.

My home is older and I have used Advanced Plumbing for a variety of plumbing issues throughout the years. Drippy sinks to tree roots in old pipes. They are there until the work is done. The staff is friendly and understanding. The plumbers are always prompt and professional.

What I liked most is that he took the time to walk me through the issues and the solutions so that I understand what was going wrong for future reference. A technician from Advanced Plumbing Service worked on one of the shower valves at our home today and did a fabulous job. He was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. When an unexpected issue arose he knew exactly how to approach it. When done he left the area very clean. We will definitely use Advanced Plumbing for our plumbing issues in the future.

I've had Advanced Plumbing do a few jobs around my house and never had an issue until recently. I called them regarding a gas leak in the laundry area (which is where I smelled gas) and ended up with a bigger problem. I paid a total of $1,200 and the problem was not solved but was made worse. My whole house stunk like gas after they came to fix the issue. What I thought was weird is that they made me sign the recept where it states that advanced plumbing will not be responsible for any damages or accidents that might be caused by a gas leak. I had to turn off the gas myself and call a separate company to take care of the leak. It saddens me to see a well-respected company not care about customer satisfaction especially after being a customer for 3 years. I will not be calling them for any services I might need in the future

We had a gas leak that the gas company narrowed down to the garage that had been converted into a bedroom. They shut off the gas & we were without heat or hot water. We needed to have repairs made quickly as my mother who is 85 yrs old lives with us. Advanced Plumbing was the only company that responded quickly and on time, they came out that day and the technician Daniel Brennan was able to locate where he thought the leak was coming from. I unfortunately at the time wanted to get a second opinion & had another company come out, which was a waste of time.

I called Advanced back & Tina was able to get Daniel out that next day to repair the leak. We called the gas company to come out and they found no traces of the leak, however they found problems not having to do with the leak in the water heater. Daniel was able to replace it same day. He was professional and very clean in the way he worked. I've had other contractors come out & they always leave a mess I have to clean up, Daniel left it spotless. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do they will definitely be the first ones I call.

Advanced Plumbing is awesome!! Enough said. My husband and I have been customers for several years now. We have now referred our parents and grandparents to them too. We told them we had a Rheem tankless said it was leaking the guy showed up said I've seen this before I can fix it for two or three hundred or I can put a new unit in for two to three thousand.

Overpriced. I had 45 minutes of work to change out a part, which I already had, on my water heater and they charged me their call out fee plus the service cost. The cost was over $215.00, even with a first time customer discount.

Tony was the tech. He did a good job, the service was prompt and staff is good to work with. The only reason for not 5 star is the price a little on the high side.

I have used Advanced Plumbing several times, as they are the only ones who actually have someone in the office that answers the phone and listens to your issue and schedules your appointment. Each time, the technician advised and recommended what would be best. Always explains in detail what he will do, how much it will cost PRIOR to doing any work and the length of time needed. From phone call to completed repair, hands down the most professional and personable company to deal with at a time that is never planned. Advanced Plumbing is in my contacts and they are the only plumbing company I will call.

I'd used this company previously for a bathroom job at my old residence where they had to replace my toilets wax ring as well as resetting anchoring bolts in the ground to hold the toilet in place. They did a great job then so when my dog crashed into the spigot in my backyard and I needed to get into the wall to repair it I called Advanced Plumbing to come take a look. They were quick to get me scheduled and were able to get out next day. Their technician, Christian, who incidently was the same person who had fixed the toilet previously, was professional and quick to get the work done within the time he had estimated and the repair has held wonderfully ever since. I absolutely recommend giving these guys a call for any of your repair needs and similarly would recommend Christian individually regardless of the company he was working for. Great experience all around and I'll be calling them back when the need should arise.

Was frustrated with my tankless water heater, not heating our water quickly. Advance installed a system to correct the problem. System now works as we expected it to. Expensive to do but our satisfaction is complete.

Ryan worked on a toilet at our rental today and did a thorough and meticulous job. Considering the home was built in 1929 and has its original pipes, this wss no easy feat. He informed me in detail of what was wrong, what he planned to do about it and why, and explained the pricing as well. I will certainly be using APS and requesting Ryan again.

I was blessed to get Ryan on two separate occasions. Ryan arrived on time and started trouble shooting the problem right away. The first time I called Advance Plumbing Ryan came out and connected a sink drain for me. It was extremely polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and was off to his next job. The second time I called Advance Plumbing, I was lucky to get Ryan again. We had a backup in our laundry room and in our kitchen. Ryan came through and solved the problem as if it was a cake walk. What started out as a small leak in a toilet water regulator valve grew into multiple repairs by the time Christian came to my home for our scheduled appointment. He didn't bat an eye, however, & ended up doing various repairs in other areas as well. He was consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous & friendly throughout. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality repairs!

the work quality was great, but the best thing about Advanced was the customer service! (this also includes the sub who did the drywall, Intrepid). we had a pipe burst in our kid's bedroom. Advanced plumbing showed up the next morning and immediately replaced a faulty section of pipe so we could have water inside the house. after having found the issue to be corroded pipe, i requested Advanced provide an estimate for a whole house repipe. i was given the estimate the same day (Friday). the next Tuesday Advanced had their guys at the house doing the work, and the work was signed off by the inspector by end of week. thanks so much Carmen, Chris, Tony, and Julio (who did a fantastic job on the drywall, and was especially considerate of my wife and week old baby!)

This company is amazing! So is Ryan!!!! I had a water leak and they came out the same day. While waiting for the technician, the office staff was able to guide me over the phone on how to shut off the main water valve. Ryan was very professional, courteous and helpful. He took his time and did what needed to be done without trying to charge for anything extra. He helped me set up an appointment with restoration who came out the very same day. Ryan (Advanced Plumbing Tech) provided excellent service from the start. He arrived in time. Job invoice description was pretty straight forward. All labor and parts cost was calculated by their own software which eliminated the need for the tech to come up with their own price assessment. The service was completed in a timely manner and work was cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company.

Sunday our, (builder installed) water heater pilot light went out again. My husband was able to light it one last time, by Monday morning it was out again. He called and as per usual, our hero Ryan came out same day. He has an extra-ordinary talent and we trust him. Within 5 minutes he assessed the problem and gave us options. We chose to purchase a new one. Ryan called the office, they delivered the new water heater and it was installed. 1 hour! Quietly and professionally handled. We are overjoyed. A 6yr warranty :-):-):-):-):-) and no more wierd noises. This company should teach customer service!

Daniel was the technician today. He was early, which was good for me, gave me an estimate, which was inline with other quotes. He replaced my water heater. He worked fast, but was detailed minded. He cleaned up when he was done and explained things I should know about the water heater. I am very happy with the service of this company. It is nice to call a company and know they are not going to tear up the place and leave a mess, and do not price gouge their customers.

Called Advanced Plumbing Service today about a bathroom sink leak. Very professional receptionist, Tina. As the house is a rental, we did not know the cause, just that it is leaking (drip drip) into the cabinet. They charge a $49 call out, which is fine.

When we got the call back from the plumber, Tony, we were told that the issue was a grout issue and not a plumbing issue, that needed some silicone repair and removing the faucet to re-silicone it, as it was too close to the back of the sink area. We were also given an option of replacing the whole counter, sink, and faucet, which we did not explore.

We asked for photos, which we promptly received. Six or seven of them!

On the photos of the sink, we could see that the faucet was up against the back of the sink, as there were calcium/lime lines along the front of the faucet, with a gap to where the faucet now sits.

The plumber told us he would have to go to Home Depot because he doesn’t carry silicone. WHAT???!!! $$$$$ We we’re told the job would be $315 or, at our question, a “little less” if he just siliconed around the faucet and where the grout might be causing the leak, but he did not recommend doing that.

We declined his services and paid the call out bill of $49. Make your own conclusions. We did.

We will add that the plumber was on site within 6 hours and was able to get the job done, if so instructed, today.

Update: the issue was solved by our tenant with a $5 tube of caulk, blue masking tape, and a glove. Should tell you what you need to know.

We have used Advanced Plumbing for so long we cannot remember when it was we started using them. It started when we got a Rinnai tankless water heater that needed yearly maintenance and the Rinnai Co. referred them to us. Since then they have replaced 2 toilets, replumbed the whole house, Cleared our major sewer lines twice and our neighbors and a friends lines, They have hooked up new tubs, and maintained our lines under the house. They are currently part of a bathroom remodel that includes all the major sewer lines under the 74 year old home we live in. How many times have they unplugged our toilets, too many to count. I count on them for security and maintenance. If I were to sell the house I would use the fact that the plumbing has been maintained by them as one of the selling factors.

We have been clients of Advance Plumbing for some time now. We have always been treated well while on the phone, over messages, or in person. They are responsive and very professional. The office staff is always friendly while dealing with them as well. I will continue to use Advance Plumbing and I recommended them to anyone who asks. Keep up the great work everyone!

Our technician, Daniel, was very professional with excellent communication skills. He was extremely friendly allowing my grandson to tag along as he fixed the shower. He was thorough ! He also repaired another faucet, letting me know that it wasn't critical but would only get worse in time. I appreciated his honesty. Advanced plumbing came out right away and fixed my shower's plumbing that was leaking into the walls. It was a disaster and I've had no problems with it since. I've used them a second time to fix a leaky faucet outside the house. I'd recommend their services to anyone with plumbing issues and will use them again.

Got here early, worked very diligently! There was a screw stuck in our (very high-end) disposal that Ryan worked incredibly hard to dislodge. He easily could have thrown in the towel, wherein we would have needed to replace the unit.

After leaving hole in the wall to repair bathroom pipe, I had to take down the rest of the wall and found the pipe is STILL broken in multiple places and bathroom drain STIKK clogged and the both the second bathroom and kitchen have severe leaking under the cabinet

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable technicians. We had a leaky shower and have had several plumbers out before including even their management and they couldn't fix the issue and recommended us smashing out the back of the house to fix. Ryan came to our home yesterday and replaced our faucet which had been leaking for quite some time. He detected the problem immediately, explained it to us and in a short time fixed it. He was very pleasant and professional: he laid down a mat prior to beginning his work, and he even wiped down the work area under the sink upon completion. We were grateful he was able to come on short notice and will call on him again when necessary.

Advanced Plumbing Service does a good job. Most recently they came to do a system inspection and did work on my water heater. I've been using them for four years and it's been a good experience overall. They get the job done and do it well. Their technicians are efficient, punctual and polite. Their pricing is a little high but in line with others. Their customer service is good; they are prompt and responsive.

This was the first time I used Advanced Plumbing. They arrived within the time window provided and respected my time as being important to them. Ryan was an absolute professional and did a great job making the two repairs we needed. The process was made easy which has not been my experience with some companies.

The prices charged were consistent with what I have paid for other plumbing work, not over priced but not dirt cheap either. Considering prices are close to equal I want to give business to a company I can trust to do the job correctly on the first attempt. As I have been in the restoration business for over 15 years this is one of my first times I have used a plumbing company in my local city of Bakersfield at my own house. The repair needed was at a home that I own with tenants in it the technician Chris was absolutely wonderful in communication with me as well as taking a payment from me as I was not able to be at the house the tenant said that Chris was very respectable and got the job done quickly also they had a part for an old water heater. I can’t thank you guys enough!

Late one afternoon we had a leaking toilet in our rental house that had to be fixed ASAP as it is the only toilet in the house. Advanced Plumbing was able to come out the very next day to address the issue. Was very pleased at their professional service and the outcome of the sensitive situation. I contacted Advanced Plumbing based on the positive reviews I read and I am glad i did. I had two shower faucets that were in need of repairs. I called and made an appointment with a very courteous member of their office team who also explained their by the job vs hourly billing. I was contacted prior to my appointment by the technician Ryan (also very courteous) who arrived a little ahead of schedule. He had me show him what was in need of repair. He diagnosed and explained to me in detail what the repairs would entail, the exact cost, and warranty (all before performing any work). The work was performed in a timely manner and my showers work better than when I purchased my home. Ryan also went out of his way to source and replace a part at no cost that was needed for cosmetic purposes. Based on my experience I would recommend Advanced Pluming to any person in need of plumbing work.

We had a home full of people from out of state. Of course our water heater went out. We emailed them on a Sunday. They responded and came out and ignored the problem early Monday. By noon our new gs water heater was installed and ready to go. Gtratnjob and very perversions

So glad Carmen the receptionist was able to assist me and convince me to secure their services. They delivered as she promised they would!

We have an issue with not getting hot water in couple of our bathrooms. Ryan came here to check and he never isolated what the real issue with our hot water is. He said the tankless water heaters need to be flushed annually. We were not aware of that. So I agreed to get it done. After doing the flushing (total cost $403) nothing got fixed. He then suggests it could be cartridge issue. So after spending $403 I am back to square one. What a rip off.....
Update: David contacted me and he offered to check the issue with hot water. He was here and he looked at the system. I will update my experience as we progress. At least we are heading in the right direction for now.

This is the second time that the same service technician came to work for us. He did such a good job the first time on our shower faucets that we asked him to repair our water heater. It wasn't reparable so he was able to change it the same day! Christian is respectful, informative and left everything clean. Their plumbers have the knowledge to find the cause of the problem and fix it quickly and efficiently at a fair price.They have offered deals that include $70 off on your next plumbing problem which I signed up for and had a leak a few months later and used it. I am always pleased with the service that I receive from Advance Plumbing. This extends to the office staff as well. Ryan, one of the service technicians, is always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile with all of our plumbing needs. We can’t thank them enough for everything!

They charged me over $300 to fix a toilet. The water ran constantly, after they fixed it- the water still ran constantly. They did not fix it! I called them back to my house and they tried to charge me another $225 saying that the toilet would need to be rebuilt. I called the owner so that he could make due on the $300 fee I paid to have the toilet fixed. He said he would get back to me and never did. I ordered a new heavy duty flapper on Amazon for $10 and I fixed it myself. What a waste of $300, and a shame that an owner of a local company wouldn't take care of a customer.

I would for sure recommend this company. I actually had a great experience with them and will for sure be using them in the future. I am very impressed with Ryan's customer service! He was out on three different calls and was amazing each time. I felt like he really did care to succeed at what he came out to do. Also his communication was great. He even responded to me when texting on a Sunday which made me feel great about using you guys in the future. Thanks again for all of the help with snaking some lines as well as jetting.

My husband and I thought that replacing the drain cover on our shower pan would be a quick fix, but nope. We ended up breaking off the entire piece, gasket and rubber guard. We couldn’t use our shower since we could see straight down and around the entire pvc pipe! Daniel w/Advanced Plumbing came out the next day, pulled up what we’d broken and replaced it in less than an hour. Now all is secure and looks like new. Thank you!

I was gathering quotes for installing a new water heater. Ryan with APS was very competitive with pricing, but moreover, he thoroughly explained the difference in models, suggested a brand and told me why it was the best for our needs.

I am thrilled that, Daniel Brennan Service Technician, solved all of my plumbing challenges. He was an expert listener, but even more than that, he stayed with me (attention wise) throughout my explanations and descriptions. I thought that I would have to address one problem per service call. My immediate need was the sink. I was planning to schedule another appointment for the new toilet and install. I couldn't believe it when he told me that the technicians carry a toilet on their trucks and that he could install immediately! (An elongated Kohler! Perfect!)
