Called Mike because I had an issue with an outside drain. He asked to stop by to provide me a quote to fix the issue. He identified the issue that I was having and he then provided me an appointment to come back out to fix the issue. At the appointment he went out of his way to fix the issue. And then he went above and beyond to give me directions on how to maintain the outside drain to prevent the issue from reoccurring! great customer service on time and communicated with me the entire time wonderful experience definitely recommend this company.

Mike is great! He didn’t charge me extra to pump my septic tank because it was Christmas Eve. Jeff the service Tech did a great job. He’s a real cool guy so if he comes out to service your septic than you’re in good hands. Would recommend hands down. Thanks again Drain Pro!

I have been using Drain pro for 19 years. Someone convinced me to try Liberty in July 2020. I had horrible service. So reluctantly I did. Liberty left huge mounds where they dug to get to septic tanks. So now not even 6 months later we were experiencing septic back up again. I normally have to get pumped every 3-4 years so I knew something must be wrong. So I called Mike at Drain pro. Jeff came to pump my system again and asked if we had a bunch more people living with us. No we do not. Long story short Liberty did not empty my tanks. Our system is working properly. Jeff said there were no leaks going into the tanks. I will only ever use drain pro from here on out. Mike and Jeff are honest and I know my entire system was completely drained. Jeff put my yard back how it was no huge mounds. Thank you drain pro.

I called at 11:15 am too have my drain snaked and they told me they would be here in an hour.. Well guess what it's been 2 hours and they still haven't shown up.. Why do you people give a time frame and when the time comes you still haven't shown up..

Chris is a plumbing angel!!

On 5/31/22 I moved into a unit on Chester lane managed by Clemner & Co. they are slum lords!! Melinda and Mark are hostile and unprofessional people. BUT after many plumbing emergencies the owner called Chris.

The local handy man Sylvester who is a thief and untrustworthy said the toilet breaking was my fault. I’d only been in the unit 4 days. The maintenance man pulled out a bucket worth of baby wipes. Blamed me. The 2nd time the toilet overflowed with sewage from the whole complex coming up through by toilet and shower I called code enforcement. The next day Chris showed up to find a major issue!! They’ve been in the heat digging trenches to get me a functional bathroom even last Sunday which was Fathers Day. His whole crew has kids!! Chris has been sweet, respectful and very professional. When we buy a home next year I will be calling them to keep our pipes flowing!!

Thank you thank you Chris AND Drain Pro staff for making an awful situation better. I was worried because my property management sent the owner from AIC electric over to fix our breaker panel on Saturday and did a no call no show then showed up Monday without an appointment. He was mad I wasn’t home and is now harassing and doing drive buys to intimidate me. Clemner & Co. has shady contractors. Thank goodness the owner stepped in and did the right thing with Chris!!!

My husband and I called Drain pro originally to recenter our washer and dryer lines in our laundry room during a remodeling. We set an Appointment for a couple days out to have the work done, but unfortunately we ran into another issue when our water heater started leaking. When we called again they were very understanding with my concerns and were able to come out the same day. Not only did they recenter my washer lines they ALSO relocated my water heater to the garage AND installed a brand new one!! I cant thank these guys enough, I had nothing to worry about ,while they did all the work. Drain pro is amazing, very personal, reliable and does an outstanding job!!!I highly recommend them to anyone

Terrible. Bad customer service and they are very rude.

The guy promised on the phone that he garunteed they would unclog the drain for $85. When the guy got here 2 hours late, then he only tried about 10 minutes with a tiny snake that didn't even have a top on it. It was just a broken thing. And he could not clear the drain and told me 'oh well. Then tells me I still have to pay $87. So I gave him $90 and he tried to drive off without even giving me change. So garbage company would charge . Even tho he did not do anything he still charged me. Don't ever use this company

Honest, Respectful, and called before arriving. I got a bid from another company and they wanted to charge me $850 and cut my wall. Drain Pro came out and fixed my leak without having to cut my wall for only $175. The other company was trying to take advantage of a single women. I appreciate Drain Pro being honest with me and I'm very, very, happy with their service!!! I will call them again if I have any other issues with my home or rentals.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom faucets dripping, Eric was right on time, replaced my garage disposal and two faucets. Smart, great customer service, and honest. I would definitely ask for Eric!!
