Chris has done a waterline repair and unclogged the main drain at two residences. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you have peace of mind. I would recommended his service to anyone.

Called them for an estimate to re-pipe the house. Was told they charged $45.00 for an estimate which would be applied to any work done. I agreed and someone came out and went through the house. He took my email address and I was told the guy who writes up the estimates would get back to me. This was on a Tuesday morning. I had not heard anything by Thursday and so I called to inquire. The woman on the line told me he had the information and she would have him get back to me that day. Never heard back. Called back on Friday and she looked it up and said he was out in the field but he had the information. She said she would contact him and get right back to me. I never heard back. I was charged $45.00 and I still have not gotten an estimate. In the meantime I had other companies come and give me estimates. Not one of them charged for it and they got back to me right away with their estimates. Payless was very unprofressional. I will be disputing any charge that shows on my credit card.

I had a bad hot water link in my back yard. Payless Plumbing came to rescue! With fast, affordable, courteous, helpful, professional technicians and office staff. Bryant and Chris were awesome! I had called the office in the morning, and within a hour Bryant had came out to look it over, and by the afternoon he had replaced my whole hot water line. And I had hot water again. If I have any more plumbing issues Payless Plumbing will be the first call I make.

He replaced the tube quickly and cleaned around where the water had dripped on the floor. He checked several times to make sure it was secure & there were no other leaks. He was a very nice man.

Chris Jackson to be the person to respond to my plumbing issue. Chris made sure to call when he was on his way and made it to the house on time, even though I was the last call on a Saturday evening. Although the issue was irritating, Chris was very pleasant and made the overall situation bearable. My main line was plugged and I had water coming up in my kitchen sink and out of my washer drain line in my garage. Chris was very thorough to check all needed areas and was able to get the line unplugged in a timely manner. Hopefully I don't have any additional issues in the future, but if I do I am definitely calling Payless Plumbing again! I highly recommend them and if your lucky, you'll get Chris Jackson to help you! You won't be disappointed.

Friendly Fast and professional service

5/28/21 I call my home warranty co for an Emergency as I have water pouring out of a cracked pipe into my basement if I use the sinks or toilet! They send Payless Plumbing service, Friday night of a 3 day wknd. They are onsite 7:30pm, 15 min inspection. Plumber says he needs to speak to the owner, and the warranty co and promises a call back on Saturday. I hear from NO ONE. I call them 4 days later, June 1st, Tuesday morning, the office promises to call me, NO CALL. I call again late afternoon, I get the run around, the tech needs to talk to the owner and the warranty co to get a bid approval. etc. I tell her as the homeowner they need to tell me the game plan! She says the warranty co will call me. I call the warranty co and they call them and also get the run around. I’m told someone will call me tomorrow..
06/02/21 no calls, I call warranty co, they put Me on hold and call (No bids have been turned in) them (2nd time) and they also get the run around! Office personal tells them they will contact owner (he’s on vacation) and someone will call me today or tomorrow!! It’s been 5 days! I can’t run water, laundry, shower, or use the bathroom!!! I even tried to pour a sealant on it to try and minimize the leak!
This is NOT good customer service! They have not called me once since the initial inspection 5 days ago!! I am looking into canceling them and trying to get someone that is willing to take care of the problem!!!

Was waiting on them to come out and do some other plumber repairs I had scheduled but need a clean out in the meantime. Guy came out to do an unclog. Right after he left my wife takes a shower and it backed up on her . My wife Called them back and was told us that he doesn't work for free. After I just paid the for the clean put would have paid
more if that what it took. when I had no problem paying then to get me through tell they came out for the big repair. Before this I liked them and there Services I even recommend them to 3 other people that used them I guess they dont need the business.

They quoted me hundreds of dollars less than the other plumbing company. They finish the job the same day. Haven't had a problem since. Truly grateful for their professionalism in our dealings

Both technicians (Bryan and Josh) that came to our house, one for the evaluation of the problem and the other for the actual fix when the part came in, arrived on time at the start of the 4-hour window so we were not kept waiting. They were both very friendly, understood the issue quickly, and got us fixed up right away with excellent suggestions for a longer-term repair in the future. Outstanding experience from start to finish! My call was answered promptly by a friendly dispatcher. The technician (Chris Jackson) arrived as scheduled and, despite the heatwave, was also friendly - patiently explaining the cause of the plumbing issues and how the system works. The service was preformed quickly, without leaving a mess, and the charges were surprisingly reasonable.

Called and got a same day appointment. Needed a clean out installed, Josh showed up after sending a message they were on the way. I presented my idea of what I needed and got professional assistance on what would be best. All taken care of in the same day. Still recommend using this service. Even if you don't like the quote the service/estimate fee shows me this company really wants to service the community. I now refuse to call any other company for quotes as I know Payless plumbing is the best in town.

Brain Lee was honest to wait to service my tankless water heater due to many years of installment from the home builder. There was water damage and if equipment would be service it may completely put it out of service. So I will wait for a later time and probably replace it with a new. Also, Brain Lee was referred by another local plumbing company that came out for my first service call that included a no service charge since they did not have enough knowledge in tankless water heaters.

We usually call around however, we have used PAYLESS PLUMBING for the last two issues with our house.

They are always quick to help us quick for an appointment and their technicians are always super professional, courteous funny and happy go lucky.
Today I had BRYANT BENFORD come back and repair my leaking faucet outside. This had me worried because it had been running the meter for weeks. Bryant assured me he could fix it and get our problem resolved.
Bryant showed up bright and early for his appointment and got right to work. He explained everything and had patience with me and my husband was on the phone as I was explaining everything to him.

Payless came to my rescue on a Sat to complete another company's work. The other company was not responsive the day following their tech's work for the same problem original call out was made. It was on Fri before Labor Day weekend and by Sat still nothing from the other company. Payless was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue left by another company. Even for a Sat call out, the tech was courteous and quickly got the done done. The price was fair for a weekend call out. Well worth it!.
