Titan Plumbing

I've had some bad experiences this month trying to get a plumber to come by to do three small jobs at my home. Either they don't return your calls, or tell you they have no availability for the next 8 weeks, or schedule a visit and then don't make it out to your place because all the jobs they piled up before you took longer than expected. Titan was the only place that picked up the phone when I called and they responded quickly, sending their guys out within a couple of hours of me calling. They did a great job!

Thank you for the wonderful experience. Easy online scheduling. Showed up early in the time window. David L. was fantastic. He took his time to find my leak which was tricky to find and he explained everything and then some. I can't attest to the price. I'm no expert, but it seemed fair. Definitely less than I anticipated. The problem was fixed in no time and all is working well. Will use again. Thank you so very very much.

The guys who came to our house were very nice, they fixed our hot water heater in about 30 mins. They were awesome. I will recommend Titan. Thank You so much.

Five stars to Robo Plumbing! I've called them out on a few occasions and every time they have provided great professional service at a reasonable price.
I was selling my home and needed to service and certify my septic tank and they took care of it. The house we moved to had leaking facets and Robo came in and fixed them up with fast and friendly service.

Robo plumbing helped me during a kitchen remodel.
The main wet wall in the kitchen was open during the remodel so I thought this would be a good time to install plumbing for my washer and dryer on the back side of this wall.
Gilbert and Tommy showed up right on time with smiles on their faces.
They were very professional and courteous, they had everything they needed to do the job, from tools to pex and copper pipes and all the fittings. It’s so nice to have people that know their job and do it well. They were finished in no time and I highly recommend them. Now the remodel can continue and my wife and I are very happy. Fast and perfessional service.

Have had nothing but great experiences with Robo and all their staff. Always courteous and willing to do what it takes in an emergency. We have had them take care of everything from a leak under the sink to replumbing my dads entire house due to failing copper lines in the concrete foundation. 2 months ago I had a hot water pipe burst under my sink and called them at 10 till 5. A crew was at my house within 20 minutes and stayed until 6:45 to make sure we did not have to spend the night in a hotel due to water being shut off at the main. They have also done repair and projects at my commercial building. over the last few years we have got to know the owners and a lot of the employees, couldn't ask for a better group of people! Highly recommend them for what ever your need!

Great service ..Carlos and Luis came out and fixed our clogged toliet on Thanksgiving day and they did it fast and very good pricing especially for it being a holiday.. the next time they also fixed our water heater very fast and i was happy to have my hot water back on..I highly recommend them and their team especially Yesenia great customer service Thankyou. 👍

This company is awesome. Fixed water issue under my sink. I had a issue in my shower that a previous plumber said I would have to cut into my wall. Nope!! These guys fixed it with no problem. I was so grateful! Reasonably priced and knowlegable. This is my plumbing company.

I called other plumbing companies in the past to service my septic tank. This time I called Robo and I must say what a pleasant difference they are from my past experiences. They came when they were supposed to, the communication was excellent and the price was better then the competition and the truck and equipment was nice and clean.
(Didn’t stink like sewer).
I’ll use Robo from now on when I need anything related to plumbing. Keep up the good work.

I've received prompt, reliable, and affordable service at each turn and they've really helped me out when I needed service in a hurry. I called them for a septic issue 6 months after another company had supposedly serviced the tank & they got the job done. My water heater started leaking and they replaced it right away before any water damage could be incurred. They've helped me with plumbing issues at my rental properties as well, including toiltets, pipes, and valve replacement. It's great to have a plumbing company you can trust.

David and Omar came out to fix my backed up kitchen sink. I was a bit crunched on time but they were able to fix it quick and efficiently. Very nice and professional. They explained and showed me the problem and even cleaned up after they were done working. Will definitely recommend to others.

I was very satisfied by the professional service and the swiftness of this company. The gentleman that replaced my broken faucet handle was very courteous and explained what was wrong and what the cost would be. This was an emergency due to my water running full blast and unable to turn it off and they showed up in no time at all. I would call this company again if I needed any service.

I am so pleased with Titan Plumbing; I needed a professional plumber to install a pressure valve regulator for water main and raise it higher from ground. Luis went above and beyond working for hours until the job was done. He is very knowledgeable, professional and communicates well. He kept me informed on what he was doing. Water heater Repair; Called Robo Plumbing and they had a man out within one hour. He fixed the problem with a new thermocouple. Please with the prompt service and cost. Hot water is BACK ON!

So impressed with Luis and Jason! I've had them out to my rental and today to my home. On both occasions they were able to diagnose and fix an issue that another company couldn't, and both times for a fair price. They were on time, had excellent communication skills and exceptional knowledge and experience. Luis saved me a lot of money by taking a day to search for an obsolete part rather than open up a wall in order to put in a new piece I would have needed to purchase. In the future, Titan will be the FIRST plumbing company I call!

I can not believe how fast Robo sent someone right to my house when we had a plumbing emergancy. They went above & beyond by calling my husband who was home while I was stuck at the doctor's office to see if it was okay to send someone out ASAP. Had a problem with sewer drain. They came out & used camera to find problem. Titan gave an estimate and made an appointment to come back. Came out fixed problem and charged the estimate. Excellent service and repair.

I called on late Sunday in desperation since I was selling my house and found a leak on the water line from the refrigerator line. The customer service personnel was very quick to react. Shortly after initial call the plumber called and they were at my door within a couple of hours. Definitely called them if I have any plumbing issues!!

Very professional and prompt service. The price was reasonable too. I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing problems.

Good for Rentals units. Titian is my go to plumbing company when tenants have issues that I can't solve. They are well equipped, friendly and get the job done. Would recommend them to do your jobs.
Updated 13-March-2023 -- I worked with one of the technicians on a job. He was great and Cody is great also. They solved a clogged drain for 1/3 of what a national brand wanted. In fact the national brand came out, tried, wanted to dig up the sewer line. What really needed to happen was the plumber needed to use the snake for 20 min to push through line to the clog because the way the piping was installed. 1hr later all solved!

This is my first time writing a review, but I feel it is necessary. I generally do my research when hiring a company. This time I was in a hurry and unfortunately I made a quick decision. Robo plumbing has proven to be unprofessional and exhibits terrible customer service. When it comes to plumbing needs there are plenty of companies out there, but what truly sets people apart is how they treat their customers. Trust me, chose someone else. Apparently the company blamed a bad review (which there are many!) on my wife when she has never written a review nor is it even her name. The repair that we hired them for was not completed and actually made worse. The technician was rude and so was the office staff. We will be choosing another company moving forward and I suggest you do the same.

Easy, honest and fast

During a holiday weekend, the pipes in our ceiling sprung a leak. Titan plumbing was the third plumbing company I called, and the ONLY business to respond on a weekend - THANK YOU GOD. Their two plumbers came within two hours of the call, and fixed our leak, before further damages. I will only call this company for my future plumbing needs.

Called for an estimate and arrive at the time as told. The 2 people prior I talked to from dispatch were amazing and very professional. plumber who called was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point I declined the estimate. Not only was I being told about not prior disclosed pricing but he even said I will have to pay 2x the amount because it's a duplex. I even explained that it's a single home everything is tied into each other. This home is maybe 1100 Sq total and all plumbing under the home in same area. Something all other estimators understood but this person wouldn't even he me out on it. Understandable as everyone has to make a living it was the plumbers demeanor and attitude that lead to my now disposition with Titan Plumbing. Even went on to say *were not gonna estimate for free* which at no moment did I ever give any indication I wanted a free estimate. Even disclosed that dispatch doesn't know what they're doing/talking about. This was a red flag in itself / dealing with a company that has a lack of unity. His comments were unwarranted and as a first impression for a possible 16k+ job, definitely lead to my decision to use someone else's services. Estimate was going to be for a full re-pipe gas,sewer, and electric with additional add-ons and all new faucets/toilets.

Wow, these guys were fantastic. Had a backup, called, and withing 20 minutes they were knocking on the door. Handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Price was very fair. Will now be my go to plumbing company.

Gilbert is rude and way unprofessional. “ if she was cool, I would’ve left it open” were his words after my wife said for him to leave and leave the holes open after being a complete jerk. My neighbors and another plumbing company my wife was on the phone with heard it all. Completely rude and unacceptable to treat customers that way especially a woman.

I had what I thought was a major plumbing issue at one of my rentals. I had received a quote from another plumber for several thousand dollars in order to fix what I was told was a blocked pipe problem.

Two technicians from Robo plumber pulled up on the site and within five minutes troubleshooted the problem and fixed it with no charge!!

Turns out it was just a valve issue!! I really wish I would’ve called Robo plumber first. It would’ve save me a lot of money and a lot of stress.

I highly recommend this company and will continue to be an advocate! Thank you for doing such an incredible job on such short notice.

They came out to repair a pipe. We dug the hole. They sat around waiting for it to “dry” for over a half hour (it takes seconds for pvc glue to dry). 20 minutes of actual work (3 hours in the clock) cost $475. After the cost of parts their hourly rate is estimated 140$. There are much more honest and knowledgeable people in the area with a much lower rate.

To the owner, you are correct, I recall the sprinkler system was leaking and I’ve revised that in my review. I informed them of this immediately and they didn’t seem to know why or explain it until they were about to leave, quoting me for replacing all the valves because they were “too close together”. Now I know they could have cleaned them all, or replaced them all, because they are old and should be replaced. All I expect is honesty, knowledge and trust. I didn’t call them so I wasn’t aware of their hourly rate. If you want to resolve this, (I don’t expect my money back) please explain the cost of the cap and pvc parts and justify the hourly rate. This will at least let future customers who trust random repair people know what to expect. For me personally, this lesson learned was well worth the money.

We have had great service with Robo Plumbing. The service is timely and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have installed fixtures on our remodel, serviced our septic system, repaired leaks, installed exterior bibs and faucets, opened clogged sewer lines and many times the service was needed after hours and on weekend but they responded timely. We recommend them to anyone needing a reputable local company who knows plumbing!

Our experience with Titan Plumbing was excellent. The plumbers who showed up were prompt and knowledgeable. We had a situation that was an emergency and happened at midnight. Thankfully they fixed the problem and we have not had any issues. We highly recommend Titan Plumbing.

Last year Titan Plumbing replaced all of my water lines in my mobile home. I was very pleased with their work and have had no issues at all afterwards. So when I needed a new dishwasher installed I called them again. They were able to come next day and arrived on time and accessed the situation and got right to work. I also needed the under sink plumbing replaced due to my DIY efforts previously. They knew exactly how to get the job done. They had all the parts needed except the power cord, which strangely was not in the box with d washer. A fast trip was made to get one. I will not hesitate to call Titan Plumbing again. Thanks

We are selling our home (have only lived here for 5 years) and called Robo for Septic pumping and certification - was quoted $525. They showed up and we showed them where the septic was located - advised that there were sprinkler lines around so please be mindful...They started digging - dug two holes - sawed through 3 sprinkler lines without saying a word...and when I came outside to ask how things were going - all of about 1 hour later - said we had some real issues!!! $1500 worth of real issues! They tried to tell me that things had apparently rotted or disintegrated and had to be replaced. Then I informed the young man that we had only owned the home for 5 years and ironically it had been certified with no problems when we bought it at which point he accused that company of being crooked!!! I had him stop his work and leave be a bid for what he proposed to do. He actually had the nerve to include a $100 charge for the sprinkler lines he sawed through!

I actually had to pay these people $250 to destroy my sprinkler system and fail my septic certification! LOL I then proceeded to call an ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR who actually knows what he's doing. Got the work done for what I was originally quoted by these people - didn't get a bunch of BS that didn't need to be done!

July 12 2017 - Thank you for finally stopping the harassment Gilbert - the constant phone calls were a bit annoying. I told you from the beginning it was not about the money!!!! We were fully aware of the kind of septic system we have and know exactly it's age - thank you very much! LOL The reason for the engineering contractor...he was referred by a realtor - nothing more - nothing less! No major problems! I WAS NOT in any way slandering your company or your technicians...but by virtue of your text to me...you are doing it to yourself! My Google review CANNOT BE BOUGHT! It is HONEST AND FAIR!

Exceptional customer service!! David and omar were very professional throughout the time repairing my issue. They explained what they had found and provided options to repair. They also would explain what they were doing for me to understand what was being repaired in my house. I would definitely recommend titan plumbing and will be contacting them for any future repairs.

Ran new water lines and we discovered a leak about an hour later. We called them and they didn't have TIME too come back because the man was on his way home. We had to fix the leak ourselves!

Titan installed a sink for me a year ago and did a great job. I just moved and they hauled away that same sink. Everything went well and they were friendly, professional, and easy to work with as always. Titan has a wonderful group of staff and technicians and I recommend their services!

Another great service! They must have scoured the planet for a hard to find part for our older decorative faucet but they found it! Repairs done, left it spotless and a great price!

Edit, 7/2022: Our house is a spec home by a well known developer who tried using unknown fixtures, appliances and yes, toilets. Titan had been out before to attempt a leak repair and even did a good job at handcrafting a seal. As time went on it eventually failed so we decided on a new toilet. Luis came out and did a fantastic job! Quick and super clean and at a great price!

The worst, overcharging company. I do not recommend Titan Plumbing. Titan wanted to charge me $675.00 for a water leak. After asking why so much,, the plumbers that came out said copper is expensive. Not $675.00. The plumber said I'll write you the quote. They got in their vehicle and left without leaving me the quote, very unprofessional. Don't call these people, bad business.

They responded to my call in a timely manner and quickly scheduled the appointment. They arrived at my rental property on time and were very professional in assisting my tenant. Extremely responsive and provided all the information I needed for my insurance claim.

I had my toilets in both bathrooms upgraded and installed by a couple of the professionals from Titan Plumbing last year and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work, professional service and genuine personalities. I had to call them back the next day or two after because of a minor issue but they came right out, explained the problem and they didn’t leave until they knew I was satisfied with everything. That is exactly how I felt and still feel today about this company, satisfied. I don’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone who is interested in the same type of service that I had but I don’t doubt one bit that they would be A++ in any other area of plumbing. If I had to go negative on anything at all it would possibly be the overall price but at the same time I have to keep in mind that they don’t charge as much as they could due to the size of the company meaning more overhead and the position of the plumber is a set skill, meaning that the entire industry is a skilled trade, licensed and certified so I will not complain about the cost and I think I made a clear point about that. I appreciate their timely response to scheduling me, slightly early to the appointed time and no rush job and made an effort to clean up after themselves. I’m sure I will be using them again myself at some point in the future.

I had some drainage problems, Titan Plumbing came and unpluged the cloged drain. The two plumbers Luis and Carlos were very professional and clear about the task at hand. These two hard working individuals were able able to identify the problem and come up with a solution. They were very transparent and able explain everything to someone like me, who knows a little about plumbing. I do recommend Titan Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Titan plumbing came out for a free estimate and they were on time. Admittedly the quote felt expensive. However, that's the cost of business these days. It was a fair price. I will say that I appreciated the techs response to my cost concerns, he showed empathy and that went a long way with me. I called titan the next day to give them the job. They came out the next day, on time and professionally completed the job. The tech was nice, explained the job and the ladies on the phone were courteous and helpful. I'm usually skeptical about trade businesses. Titan earned my patronage should I need them in the future...and I'm sure that I will. Thank you for supporting veterans 🙏

As a landlord it can be stressful to find a good plumber as often companies up the price because they know that I have to get certain things fixed, that is why I am so grateful to have found Titan Plumbing, they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. Luis and Victor went out to the rental and were extremely professional from start to finish that I ended up having them do some preventative work as well. Even my tenants commented on how they felt Luis was very professional and polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

Plumbing issues, no one ever like to hear those words. It wasn't just a basic clogged pipe but was major replacement of pipes. When this occurred I called several places and no one could beat the price quoted by Robo plumbing which reduced my stress and even worked with me on a payment plan to fit my budget. Discovered a pinhole leak on a copper pipe in my bathroom wall on Saturday morning. They arrived within ~1 hour, and finished two hours later. Excellent response; excellent work.

Titan Plumbing sent two plumbers to repair two shower valves and replace two faucets. The men were professional, clean and prompt. They did a great job. Our dog even liked them which is highly unusual.

robo plumbing came to my house 3 days in a row and my water heater still doesn’t work. On the third day they said they knew the part that needed to be fixed which was $115 dollars extra. The technician told me there will be no labor fees because of the fact that I already paid $180 for a “service” which is nothing more than a inspection. I called to schedule the part to be replaced just to be told I am in fact paying for more labor and the mark up on the part, totaling $275 on top of the $180. I could not be more disappointed with Robo Plumbing. Horrible experience all around.

Thanks to David and Raul who came promptly to our place and solved our hot water issue quickly. Other places we called said that they did not have the time to instruct us, but David and Raul were very cordial in telling us about the hot water heater and how it works, including which line was the cold water in-line and which line was the pipe that sent the hot water to the sinks and shower/tub etc, including how to light the pilot. They did detective work to find that the in-line pipe had been clogged by some unusual plastic piece (which interestingly David said he had seen the same mysterious plastic piece clogging the in-line pipe at 2 other homes recently) which he removed and gave to me. Following that, and their confident announcement that now the house would have hot water, we went inside and tested the shower and the kitchen sink and we were happy to see the hot water working again. They gave us a special price and we only had to pay about $77 and some change for their visit. Thanks again, guys: Five stars for David and Raul from Robo Plumbing!

BEST plumbers and service intown by far, not only did they do an excellent job but they fixed the shoddy work of another plumber and caught additional issues that would have cause major damages... we will definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends!!!! We buy foreclosures and either rent or sell them and in both cases, rehabs are needed. Robo Plumbing has been our go-to guys for every job we've needed. Had a problem with a bathroom sink that had been leaking for a while and after all my handyman tricks I really thought I had to break tile and replace the entire sink. Called Robo Plumbing out and they sent out a very knowledgeable pair of technicians that located a problem with the actual faucet. It was replaced and I have not had a problem since. Upon working with this company, the best part was they showed up quickly. Aside from that I'm not sure I'd recommend them. They didnt do the service I was asking for. And when they had to come back out the following day I was charged again. Yet the drain was working before the problem.

For a faucet replacement I was quoted $379 by HPS, $360 by roto-rooter, and I was also pressured to pay for over-hours fees by HPS because they couldn't get anyone out for 1.5 weeks during regular hours to replace a faucet which took Titan 30 minutes.

Anyways, I tried Titan for the first time. I was able to get same day service. My price was only 175 dollars (I had the replacement faucet on hand from Home Depot).
Experience? My dispatcher was kind and to the point.
They said they would be there at 5. I received a call at 4:45 letting me know they were on their way.
They showed up, came in. I showed them the job site, and they got to work. They were finished in 30 minutes. No issues at all. Brand new faucet installed in 30 minutes that worked like a charm. The 2 techs that came out were diligent and friendly. They quickly offered their advice and that was that.
I will definitely use Titan again.

don't know how this 4 star rating was posted under my name. definitely not mine. drive by 6013 desert hills and see how they left my front yard. destroyed!!! maybe a half-star rating. i did not call this company, it was ordered by seller.

Excellent communication! Called in the morning and got a same day appointment. The guys even started looking for the leak before I arrived home from work. By the time I arrived they had the leak exposed and started to replace the line. Very professional service. Definitely will be calling for any future needs!

I have had a string of bad luck regarding home repairs because I tried going with the lower advertised companies. In the end, the work took longer than estimated and the bill was much higher than the initial estimate.

I was extremely stressed out, I woke up in my bedroom and the restroom flooded. I had no idea what I was going to do. I contacted a different company to try and figure out what the problem was. They told me that it was the toilet that was lost. I thought the problem was fix until the next day the room was flooded again. I was able to get in contact with Yessy (who works in the office) . She gave me a piece of mind and was able to almost guarantee that they will find the problem. They came out and found that there was a pipe under ground that was causing the flood. I freaked out just thinking how expensive it was going to be but again Yessy assured me everything will be ok. Luis (plummer) did an amazing job explaining everything I needed to know and how it was going to get fix. He was extremely nice and friendly and he truly did an amazing job. He got down and dirty the poor guy. I felt so bad once he was done with the job. I am truly thankful for everything they did and the amazing job the company did. Thank you for helping me with my problem. I will definitely recommend them. I am beyond thankful. Luis is definetly someone who i would like to come out and help with the problem.
