The technician, Billy Jenkins, did not just come out to fix the immediate problem, but rather he approached it from the mindset of preventing it from occuring again in the future, in the best way possible, for the given situation. Billy took the time to take into account the unaffected surroundings, how that/they/those might affect the repair and/or impact quality long term, and Billy also took some time to get to know me in effort to anticipate needs that I didn't even know I may have futuristically. All in all I was definitely left with a positive impression of the experience.

Roto-Rooter assisted in replacing our old stove/oven with a new one. Technician Billy Jenkins was outstanding!! 10 out of 10. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He replaced our older gas valve in the wall and connected the new hose and fittings. He tested it and was kind enough to explain how the new stove worked. I will absolutely call them again for our future needs. I will even request Mr Jenkins.

They quoted me $2500 for the install of a new 40 gallon Bradford White water heater. 2 x every single other plumbing service company has quoted me. He was in my house less than 2 mins. This quote was outrageous.

From the beginning the receptionist was super helpful and pleasant. They sent out 2 guys (Alex and Dawn) they showed up early and got straight to business. Super professional, efficient, and the prices can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Eric did a great job. He was thorough and able to answer all my questions.

Tyler arrived and in a professional manner attempted to fix my issue. Unfortunately the issue was greater than anticipated as Tyler used his knowledge of the trade and explained the possibility outcomes that is to come. He informed me of all work and charges before beginning of the work so nothing was hidden or surprised expense in the middle of the job. He also set up the next part of the investigation into the pipes and explained the charges were already included from the work he performed. He also cleaned up after himself and the work he performed returning everything back to how it was installed and cleaned up as much of any water mess as possible.

I had trouble with two commodes and a sluggish sink. The rep from Roto-Rooter, Edgar Gonzalez, took care of the problem and things work fine. At my request, he agreed to run the camera through the under-the-house sewer line to make sure there was no blockage. Lee Benevidez oversaw that part of the work as well as running the camera on the line from the house to the street. When they did the line under the house,, they found a leak, which required repair work. It was expensive to have that work done,e, but I appreciate the fact that the leak was found before more extensive work would have been required. They were one time with their service and explained thing s clearly. A good experience.

The technician arrived quickly. He explained all charges up front. He was professional, polite, and courteous throughout the service call. Once he discovered the source of our leak, he explained it so we could easily understand the problem. My husband and I were very pleased.

Had kitchen faucet replaced. We provided the faucet. The total charge for just replacing it is $400 +. I think it’s exorbitant amount for 20 min job. Beware of the customer service. The person was rude and not at all friendly. I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Servicer showed up without the proper equipment and needed to call another associate to come. When the other associate arrived, he abruptly insisted a $750 fee to fix the problem and had not even walked into the house to diagnose the issue. I made him aware of the problem and the potential costs from my experience and he said he didn’t care nor did it matter. When I decided to not utilize their services based on his demeanor and unprofessionalism, he walked aggressively into my property and yelled with disrespect at his co worker to immediately vacate. I was appalled.

Avoid if you can. I left a bad review and they showed up at my house again lmao. They sent a guy named Billy Jenkins who couldn’t even to do a basic dryer installation. Did it all myself in 20 minutes and wasted $75 paying this bum they call a “plumber.”

Worse business ever. I don’t recommend their service.

The guy insulted me with a $3950 quote for a job I had another plumber do for $500. I would have respected him more for just telling me he did not want to get his feet muddy. I guess he thought I was stupid enough to fall for a joke bid like that.

The service provider who was sent to my home (Ben) Provided excellent customer care service. He checked out my water heater to establish what the problem was and provided detail information as to what was needed to correct the problem. I felt confident in the information he gave me.

We had a storm drain loaded with roots and the team came and cleaned out the drain. Found plenty of interesting items in line too.

Just an estimate so far... but they beat the competitors and offer financing. They were courteous, detail oriented and on time. Can't beat that.

I was soooooooo impressed with the personal profile and picture that was set to me before he came. Before that he called to get information on problem. Gave me an approximate number. Called outside gate to let me know he had arrived. It was after 10 at night and he was very professional and nice. Had me sign that he could start the work. Got the job done through the rid ex and liquid plumber I put in 15-20 minutes took my debit card number and was leaving. Gunshot in neighborhood and I had him come back in and sit for a few minutes. I wanted him to be safe. I live in a not so good neighborhood. When everything was clear. Walked him to gate. My service was OUTSTANDING. I WILL CALL YOU AGAIN.

We asked the Roto rooter plumber to leave when he quoted an outrageous price to clear a bathtub drain. We asked for a price when we made the appointment but they wouldn’t even give a ballpark price, their loss since he came out, without calling first as was promised, for trip that at his price wasn’t even considered.

Technician, Billy Jenkins assessed and evaluated our problems. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable of what me and my mom have been experiencing underneath our house. He had a lot of patience with me and my sister who had a lot of questions for him. He found that we have a repair in our sewer drainage and gave us an estimate.

I had a pipe leak underground at my office and I wasn't sure where to start, in terms of getting it fixed. So, I called who I use at my home, Roto-Rooter. They showed up right away and the technician, Juan, was fantastic. Great customer service, helpful, and invested in getting a solution to our problem. We tried leak detection, but the leak was so deep they we unable to find it. But they were out here several times attempting to help us figure a way to find the problem. I’ve had So many sudden emergency repairs that I’ve needed at the end of this year and I live In a location typically difficult to find contractors to come too. I was able to schedule this company within 24 hours and this has been hands-down the easiest experience I’ve had. Rene and Leo were the Techs on the job And they made the entire experience easy even though two other problems popped up while they were on the job. Definitely using them again!

The plumber was a total creep. I didn't really like him.

Terrible customer service and incorrect information. We were told they would detect the leak for free then give us an estimate on cost and that they would repair the drywall after. When the technicians arrived there were FIVE of them, they said it would be over $700 just to find the leak and that they did not do drywall repair. My husband sent them away and I called the company to let them know we were misinformed so they won't waste people's and technicians time in the future. The lady that answered was sarcastic and rude, informing me that we must have misunderstood earlier and they have so many customers so whatever, etc. Absolutely horrible communication and customer service from the receptionists, as well as way overpriced.

Called to solve toilets backing up problem. Tech arrived began work before giving estimate. Tested two toilets. Said one toilet was clogged and needed to be replaced. All three toilets were experiencing the same problem. Did not solve problem. Toilet(s) were not the problem, main sewer line was blocked. Paid charges. Will not use again.

Called them in the morning and an hour later got an appointment and Billy was so nice and professional, definitely recommend!!

Not impressed, an 8 hour bid turned into three days and now we’re being told the tech will have to redo everything he did yesterday.

We had to call Roto Rooter at 4 in the morning for a flood in our homeless shelter. Fredy arrived quickly and assessed the situation. He was prompt, friendly, and helped us turn off the water where it needed to be shut off, and helped isolate the problem. He also let us know if some other problem areas that might need addressing in the future.

We had them come to find the cause of a leak under kitchen sink and provide an estimate. The repairman quoted us $750 and we did not use them. Our friend came over, spent $25 at a local home improvement store and fixed the leak in less than 2 hours. We feel they were trying to take advantage of us due to it being Friday before the 4th of July weekend. We won’t call them again.

Did a great job fixing drain and then they used the camera and showed me future problems that need to be fixed. Nothing like tree/bush roots. House was built in the 50’s and it showed what happens in 70 years and how things were done and material used. Explained the procedure on how they would fix/replace the old stuff. Called them to get drain fixed in the morning and they were here within a couple of hours so didn’t have to wait all day. They let me know when they were on their way.

They were very nice and pleasant to speak with. However, I received a text informing me my technician is in his way now and it provided me a link to track him. The tracking GPS site showed him 6mintues or 2.5 miles away. That was inaccurate as I had to call customer service twice to inquire about his ETA. They told me the GPS software is not working correctly. Roto’s technician showed up one hour from time of getting the text. He was very nice but provided me with a $5000 estimate to remove two tankless gas water heater and install a residential 50 gallons water heater and a pump. I called another company to fix my issue of no hot water for half the price!!

I was sent a text message ahead of time with the plumbers identification picture and bio. I felt very confident and comfortable with who was coming into my home. He was personable professional and executed this task in a timely manner. He took the time to explain to me what was broken and what the options were. He also took the time to check on another question that I had .

Evaluation was spot on. Found the problem, and suggested we purchase a new kitchen faucet. Provided a quote to have it installed 👍👍

My bathroom was flooded while they were working on it and I spent the night in my other bedroom because I had to have two fans on all night, so I did not get mold in my house. It was a big inconvenience for the price. Then I made an appointment for the fans to be rotated at 8 am, but I got no notice or call and they showed up at 2 pm to take the fans. I should’ve been given a discount for all the inconvenience of not sleeping in my room and taking the day off.

Marcus Bruley came to fix a pipe leak. He was very professional, explained in detail what happened and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and offered extra services for an estimate in assessing damages and how to fix damages to the drywall. We will definitely call them again.

Hands-down the worst experience I ever had dealing with a plumbing company. As soon as they found out I have insurance at the home they took their sweet time completing the work. They told me that all the work would be done within a week and a half it took three weeks to finish the job. On top of that the price that they charged is absolutely outrageous. I planned on spending a week and a half away from the home with my family I had to extend my stay for three weeks. Which also means that I had to push back the construction to fix the home. If you do not need them do not use them there are definitely better plumbers out there

125$ to tell me that it was NOT unclogged.
Promised to use another method that would cause me over 700$.
I poured a drain opener fr Floyds and left overnight.
Next day it was cleared for only 23$.😒

The technician was wonderful and very experienced. The company needs to be aware that the estimated rate of $198 was understated. The $337 for a basic repair was too high. I would have sought out additional service providers to rate check. Highly recommend the technician that came out to our home.

Well I had an issue where they couldn't help me I need to call the city in order for them to do there job...so I didn't use there service.

I called for an estimate today and had a technician come out in less than an hour. Tylor Bischoff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained what the best option for us would be and gave us recommendations as to what to do after the fact, to maintain the shower unclogged. I did think the cost was high but all in all I give them a 5 stars. Great customer service.

The two young men that came out to help me with a septic issue were absolutely fabulous. Even though the problem wasn’t resolved it was not their fault and Luis and his partner Moses where the hardest working, most determined, and compassionate young men I have met in a long time. Just want to give a shoutout to my boys Matt and Leo. They made sure nothing was wrong with our garbage disposal after someone (carelessly) left a shot glass and it shattered. Was it a waste of time? Maybe. Did I feel a little silly after they fixed it within a minute? You betcha. But I'm glad they put my mind at ease and would definitely call again should any (actual) issues arise. Keep being awesome, will for sure recommend!

The only reason I'm giving this one star is because the first lady I dealt with was amazing and she was so sweet and because the plumber was very nice but he assessed the situation for maybe 2 min and then just blamed my kids pretty much and the problem still persisted and I called the next day and some other lady I dealt with was dismissive and rude.

On time and resolved issue.

Excellent service. Once they reached the job site the tenant told them water was draining from sink. Instead of going ahead of the job they called and informed me about it. It genuinely shows that they were not just in to make money but also cared to do the right thing. That is honesty at best and I so much appreciate it. They were very quick, professional & friendly! I’ll use them again & again!

The service was so bad, instead to cleaning from inside to outside they did the opposite and left the grease inside the kitchen 😳 they returned to our place twice and they did not bring the right tool/ equipment to fix the problem. However they keep sending the bills for each visit. even thought it was not under our responsibility. I thought these people were professionals, but I am really disappointed of this company performance.

I just sat and let the Rooter guy go to work. Next thing he was done and my water was back on.

I have had my septic tank serviced three times in the last five years. Each time it cost me more for pumping. The last time they came out they dug up my driveway to locate the leech tank, which I was told on the previous service was clear and was also noted on my invoice. Today I was enjoying my afternoon when I smelled a foul order thinking someone septic tank is bad. I reside in .frazier park and it is an issue for many of us. I went outside to investigate and found it was my tank overflowing from the leech field. Water is pouring down my driveway. I live alone and use my water minimally. There is no way this should be overflowing in six weeks time. I called the office fuming and waiting for them to call back to see when they are going to fix this again. The last time they charged me $2000.00, time before was $1500.00 and the first time in 2015, it was $950.00. I think I need to take this company to small claims Court. Nonetheless, it needs to be fixed correctly. I do not recommend this company if you have septic tank issues.

We woke up to the toilets backing up and I called Roto-Rooter not really expecting a quick response. Much to my surprise they arrived earlier than expected. Freddy the technician was very professional and cleared up the blockage in a matter of minutes. They installed a clean-out in our front planter and did a nice job of returning everything back to original condition. Wasn't cheap, but we didn't expect the need for a clean-out. Happy we decided to have one installed though. Very happy with their service.

Very fast and effective. Good work done, but dang, was it expensive. I was in a bind and they were available. Really expensive.

Was told to expect call back in 30-40 minutes. After one hour I called another drain service and made appointment. Five minutes later knock on door -- it was Roto-Rooter. The call back promised would have made life easier but the service had only my land line number. Second call 2.5 weeks later was at no charge. The advice given solved problem.

Fredy was very professional and solved our problem efficiently.

The garbage disposal line had buildup and needed to be unclogged. A plumber was sent out within 40 minutes and service performed. The young man was professional and courteous. Receiving texts in advance and a bio of the service person was helpful.
I would recommend this service :)

The only thing I was disappointed about was the black glue that was left on my sidewalk. I tried cleaning it but I couldn’t get it off.

People were nice. My complaint was the cost. The cost was way to high!!!! For what they did I could have paid less than half the price. Just to run a snake . I have never paid more than $150. I had no choice than to pay way over $300. And that was with senior discount.

So much OVER priced. They charge more than 3 times than other plumbers. They don't bring all tools. They made client to spend time to get the tools but charge all money. I will not use Roto-rooter anymore.
One guy replaced the leaking faucet. But charge over $300. I am not happy with their service.

They installed a gas shutoff valve for my stove today before I have a new one installed tomorrow. It was last minute and on a Sunday. It was reasonably priced and quick considering it was a weekend call.
