I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My water heater burst at some point while I was at work yesterday, leaving me in total distress over a flooded garage. I called a DIFFERENT company (first I found) and they kept me waiting for 3 hours while repeatedly reassuring me they were only 20 minutes away.
Frustrated and desperate, I called 702 PLUMBER based on distance, response time, and good reviews. George and his associate arrived well within the estimated 30 minutes (they were early) and got to work right away, explaining the problem and my options in detail. They were able to replace my water heater right away, despite it now being after 9pm.
He also came back today to temporarily hook the water heater up on the floor of my garage so that the remediation work can be done on my drywall, and was totally pleasant and efficient. I mentioned that I thought my shower mechanism might have been jostled when they tested the water after the heater install last night, resulting in a leak, and he immediately fixed it with no question, actually replacing my faucet and handle at no charge. (I promise I tipped appropriately to his above and beyond work ethic!)

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

Alex was on time and professional. They deliver a quality product at prices that are far more reasonable than the competition. Let's get some numbers: they were $500 cheaper than Pure plumbing and $1000 cheaper than Air Pro Master plumbing. Other plumbing companies charge $90 -$100 just to come out to give an estimate and do not roll that fee into cost of repair or work. Blurpee's gave Same quality of workman ship that the other high priced companies would have provided for my project to install pipe work for a water softener system. Highly recommend.
