I had a positive experience with the plumbing fixture replacement service. The technicians were skilled, installed the new fixtures flawlessly, and improved the functionality of my plumbing system. Great job!

DON’T COME TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! So I called to see how much an inspection on my water heater would be and I was told it would be free and if something was wrong they would give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix it. When the plumber came he checked out 1 spot on my water heater and said everything was fine and then proceeded to charge me 95 dollars and didn’t even check the rest of the water heater. I called the company after and they told me he should have charged me $180, for what!! He didn’t even check my water heater he only looked at one spot.

I called Anytime Plumbing, Inc for a leaking shower head. They were going to send someone out the evening that I called but I told them the next morning would be fine. They promptly sent Francisco out in the morning. He was very professional and after figuring out that the cause of the leakage was a defective part, he went to a supply shop and purchased the part, and immediately returned with the part to fix the shower. Within an hour and a half the shower was fixed, even with Francisco having to leave to purchase the part. I was very impressed with Francisco for his professionalism, knowledge, and skill.

Gary was more than courteous and experienced. Very prompt and friendly. He even wanted my little westie out of his crate! Installed a new garbage disposal for me so very quickly. Great service and very quick response time. Highly recommend 5 Star Home Services and will use them the next time I have any issue in my home. This was a good experience from the first call in to request service to the installation of a new disposal, Thank you Gary and 5 Star Home Services.

Tom was great and super fast and very honest in explaining how to care for my pipes to save me money in the long run.

The cost of parts were about 3 times what they were about 2 + years ago. A $200 capacitor was now $600 dollars.

Doug is an honest business man and always does the right thing by his customers. Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me. I highly recommend Mach 1 for all of your plumbing needs. Excellent company, great owner, top notch work.

These guys are the boss!!! I greatly appreciate their prompt response to my call. My hot water heater was leaking after the earthquake, and the company that AHS assigned to me would not answer the after hours number. I noticed on their AHS’s site that Boss had the highest ratings. I cancelled the first company and chose Boss. They immediately answered the phone, and Jonathan was at my house within 30 minutes to help us avoid more damage to our home. Best plumbing service I’ve ever had.

They came installed my water heater in a heart beat , we had some plumbing pipe issues which they repaired, what a relief! Professional , friendly, affordable , and work on weekends which worked perfectly for my schedule ! Thank you i highly recommend !

I would highly recommend David and Dan from Capital Plumbing. I replaced my Hot Water Tank with a Tankless Unit.
From my first interaction with David, when he came to my home to assess the project, until the installation was completed the service that I received from his team was exceptional.
They were professional, knowledgeable, experienced and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation..
Above all my unit was installed at a price that was fair and affordable.
I will certainly be calling upon Capital Plumbing for future bathroom remodeling in my home.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

They are honest and fair, and have always been good with us.
