Excellent service. Technician came and did a diagnostic and SHOWED me what the problem was. Overall, he got the job done within 10 mins and was very professional.

Zero stars. Worst plumber in Las Vegas!! They charge for a leak fixed and when the pipe next to the one they replace is leaking the next day they charge for that too! They should notice all things leaking, it's their job. This happened on two different jobs. Manager Jason would not call me back to discuss at all.It could be they are pulling the old car mechanic con, when they damage your parts then come back to charge again. Maybe that's too harsh but it's just too shady. Poor business.Don't waste your time or money on these crooks.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Great service. From the first call they were everything you hope to find in a Las Vegas service company. I highly recommend them!

We discovered that the pipes that support our master bath were not the correct pipes installed and it caused a water leak into our kitchen. We called our home warranty company and then sent out Anytime Plumbling to assess the situation. They came back with all this unnecessary work and told our warranty company that the work that was done was out of code which of course gave the warranty company an out not to cover the damages. Anytime Plumbing comes back us saying they can fix it for $4k! My wife calls Dino and he comes to the rescue. He identified the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes for 12% of what Anytime Plumbing charged. If you need a trustworthy and quality plumbing service, Dino plumbing is the way to go!

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

First time they had to reschedule. Then when they rescheduled they were a NO call NO show.

on August 25th 2020 a lotus a water leak in a flower bed and I try to locate The Weeknd fix it myself and it was getting worse I called Dan

My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Aldan Ramirez. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. He even suggested a few tips to improve our plumbing maintenance.

They came recommended from another company so I called Pro Star for an initial consult. They arrived as discussed, came into my home, did the consult and seemed professional enough. After they left I could not get them on the phone or to return a text (after the first one). That was 2 months ago.
I recently reached out again, but they've still left me hanging. The consult was for a toilet replacement and kitchen faucet replacement. Not sure this company is worth the effort
