I called Precision Plumbing in order to have a flush/cleaning of my one year old tankless water heater. I spoke with Autumn who was really nice in setting up an appointment as soon as possible. Gilbert arrived at my location and was really nice as well. Service was excellent and Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable about the service that he provided. I appreciated that he praised me in keeping up with yearly services and extra items that we have put in our house to monitor our water system (water leak detector, water softener, etc). I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.
