I give this company an A+++. The first time we used them, Jason came out and diagnosed our leak and then installed a faucet for us. He did a great job. The second time, he was prompt in getting back to me and provided me with valuable information to fix my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were on point.

Francisco completely turned my experience around. I had trouble getting a technician out to my home the past two days. (They were really busy). So, they scheduled him to come see me between 8-9am today. He arrived almost right at 8. He installed a toilet for me, two angle stops in the kitchen, reinstalled an air gap & garbage disposal for me. He’s also coming back out to finish installing the kitchen faucet - as Home Depot’s countertop installer didn’t make the hole in the marble large enough. He tested out all of the work he could before leaving and had a great attitude. I would recommend him for any plumbing job. Thanks Francisco.

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

Our water tank started leaking. At first it was a small leak but became rapid, so it was an emergency! Impact Plumbing dispatched someone to our home under an hour and he was able to replace some parts and stop the leak. We were so thankful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing! We would definitely use them again in the future to replace our water heater when the time comes.

Thanks HIPS Plumbing! I had contacted two plumbing companies to replace an electric water heater prior to HIPS Plumbing, one of which was the company I had used previously. Basically neither has returned my call. Called HIPS Plumbing and set up a day and time for someone to come out. Nick came out, gave me a quote explained what needed to be done including an inspection after installation, which I told him had never been done before when I replaced the water heater. Based on memory of previous payments to replace the water heater over the years, I thought the quote was high. I then called a forth company who I had used previously for some work, they came out and gave me a quote over one-third higher than HIPS Plumbing for the same work. Called HIPS Plumbing to set a day and time to replace the water heater and there you have it. They answer the phone and and talk to you and get the work done.

If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to use. This is my second time using Raptor Plumbing and they were amazing both times and fixed all of the issues we were having. Disregard all of the negative reviews. This is the plumbing company to hire, thanks again!
