Whenever it was time of a panic situation from initial call from jason to meeting in person I already knew I called the right company. As he arrived he followed all covid-19 protocols. Gave upfront pricing and replaced my broken Main shutoff in my garage which was spraying water and put me at panic. Before he even came out he told me were to shut water off in sidewalk meter box to prevent my house from damage. Work was very clean and complete with no leaks. He also cleaned up work area. Contacted Precision Plumbing yesterday after having issues with my water heater. Submitted the form around 6:45PM and received a call from Jasmine within a minute. She was able to have a tech come out same day to take a look at our problem. Frank arrived around 7:30-7:40PM, and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He laid out a couple of options for repair or replace and gave the pros and cons of each. We chose to replace the water heater and he completed it that night. So between my initial call around 6:45pm and 10:30PM when Frank finished, we had a new water heater and hot water by 11:15PM. Jasmine and Frank were great and I was blown away by the turn around time. The one knock on the company is that they charge an additional 3% fee if you pay by card. Overall and excellent experience though and will use them again in the future.

I had discoloration on my kitchen ceiling, which I assumed was from my bathroom upstairs. HIPS came out the very next day (they called to see if they could be there earlier than my appointment time) and cut a hole in my ceiling and confirmed it was the toilet upstairs. They replaced my toilet, and also reinforced the flooring underneath because it had started to collapse due to the leak. I believe they were only there for just under 3 hours. To be transparent, I’m a new home owner and this was my first big issue. So I cannot comment on or compare pricing. However, I feel I was charged fairly. The 2 gentlemen who fixed everything were very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
