They charged me $322 to unplug a drain. Wrote “ no refunds on drain cleaning”. A day later I had same problem. Had Elliots come out for $76 and have had no issues. I’ll never use them again

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. This Company although seemed professional was not, they installed a new water heater which was working well till my pump motor broke got it replaced not a big a deal. However, woke up this morning and had my entire garage flooded bc a technician forgot to close a valve. I will never do business with Vegas Plumbing again. Think twice before hiring these people. Not worth doing business with. Create more problems than actually fixes.

We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.
