I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

I have had some poor experience with finding a honest, punctual plumber over the years. Very pleased. We will most definitely be using the Bosch team moving forward with all our plumbing needs. 10 out of 10!

Tyler Perez came to my home to give me a quote to replace the water line/pipe to the street. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions - very respectful and professional. I also got a couple of other quotes but decided to hire them. He and Miguel Escalante showed up on time and explained the process again to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. They did everything they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. You would never have known they ripped up the front yard when they were finished. Both were so professional and thorough. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing issues I may have.

Terrible service too many excuses....

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.
