Between Jason and Andrew aka the dynamic duo, they are the Mario and Luigi of plumbing... Reliable, professional, awesome, etc... I can go on and on about how Ammmazzzinngggggg they are especially in an emergency, but either way I'm glad that I kept digging because they're that hidden treasure with extra gems in the side and leaning out of the treasure chest... If you want a company that's fast, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful... I suggest Nevada Plumbing Authority... I will always continue to use them for my mother's plumbing needs... Over the phone the live operator and the live technition were not initially on the same page. But the service I received in person by Sean was very professional , direct & most important he fixed the problem I was having & gave direction on how to further fix it our selves . 👍🏼

Outstanding plumbing company! I had a pipe leak coming from under my slab and Plumbing Repair Now was able to repair it the same day. The job took a while to complete as they had to find the exact location of the leak under the floor. Once they were able to find it, the repair went smoothly. The plumbers were nice and charged a fair price for the amount work that was needed. Apparently the leak came from the hot water line which I hear is common in Las Vegas if the pipe isn't properly wrapped with 10 mil PVC film tape that blocks corrosive action by salt and soil acids.

Thank you so very much to Nate and Jason!! Our main water shut off at the house disintegrated. We were told the price was going to be $760 and they were at the house same day and literally dealed with one of the biggest hail storms. They were here for 7 hours and and 45 minutes and got the job done 👍. When it came time to pay the quote did NOT change!!

Kurt has been great to work with. He has been honest with us and has fair pricing. We are thrilled with the work he’s done for us. He’s installed a water softener and a toilet for us. He shows up on time for appointments and is happy to answer any questions we have had.

I had discoloration on my kitchen ceiling, which I assumed was from my bathroom upstairs. HIPS came out the very next day (they called to see if they could be there earlier than my appointment time) and cut a hole in my ceiling and confirmed it was the toilet upstairs. They replaced my toilet, and also reinforced the flooring underneath because it had started to collapse due to the leak. I believe they were only there for just under 3 hours. To be transparent, I’m a new home owner and this was my first big issue. So I cannot comment on or compare pricing. However, I feel I was charged fairly. The 2 gentlemen who fixed everything were very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.
