Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

Anytime had technician, Mike, out to the house the very next day to look at and repair the issue with the AC. Mike was on time, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me when it came to listening to my concerns as well as explaining the work that had been done. It is technicians like Mike (and the others from Anytime) that keep me confident in their service and keep me calling their company back when issues arise. Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem. They were great.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person I've ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I don't feel they are above board at all

Chris showed up on time, gave us a clear picture of what our job would cost, and fixed our problem with a smile! We will definitely use Boss again, and will probably even request Chris personally! Great experience!

Great people but too expensive

I've been working with a Technician named Eddie. He has been extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely call Eddie again for any future issues.

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
