Excellent service!

In house plumbing came to my home to take a look at a leak. I told them what the other companies told me about the problem. Angel was really straight forward with everything. I liked the price they gave me to fix the issue , it was almost half the cost of the other companies. Yes plumbing and my warranty company were charging me 5500-7000k to rerun my main water line , angel and his workers came and did an awesome job for 3500. I cant complain. Great honest job.

I called to give me a free estimate at first he said we charge to give an estimate because we he to Diogenes the system I said I just need to change an evaporator I need to know approximately how much. The he said okay, he took all my information then he said we have to charge you and he changed his words. Do not trust someone who changes his words.

I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

The guys that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They found the leak right away, explained what needed to be done to fix it and got it done. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Hips Plumbing everytime

Whoever designed our home was an idiot, but Jerry helped in showing us what we're dealing with, offered some solutions to the problem that we can happily do ourselves, and taught me more than I was expecting. I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas and I learned things that I am thankful to now know to make me better at my job. Also, this is a family run business as is mine, so I can relate to the mindset of a parent leaving a business for his son to take over and run in the same fashion, built on old-fashioned business ethics.
