Had my water heater break... Guys came out quick and gave me great options to resolve the issue. The next day the returned first thing in the AM to replace the water heater under warranty and they explained in detail what was the likely cause of the break and how to prevent it going forward. They also addressed my additional concerns like water pressure and declining heat of my old heater. Fantastic service and support... Highly recommend.

Got to tell you…. Goettl is the best!! We had Kevin come out just to do a overview of a split air conditioner my husband put in the garage. I asked if he could look at our other units even though they were installed by the builder. It wasn’t on his list to do but he said sure he’ll take a look. I asked if he had a maintenance program and he told us. It sounded like a really good deal to me. He was here about an hour and a half because he even went up in our attic (yikes) he checked our vents he said we were A Ok. He was very polite professional friendly courteous…(get the idea😁)and just because he was all these things I signed up for the maintenance program!! Thanks Kevin!!So this time we had Josh! Well it’s the same story. I dont know where they find these guys but they are THE BEST!! You can tell Goettl treats their employees well because they really like their jobs. Received their flyer in the mail so I tried them out. They we great. Text me they were on the way and arrived on time. The person that showed up was polite, explained what was done and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend them.

Prostar saved us thousands of dollars when our entire house had to be replumbed due to faulty Kitech connectors (which they had not installed). Their work was excellent and they are wonderful people to work with. Since then we have had them do many plumbing projects. They believe in service after the job. Just last month, I texted them on a Sunday for some advice as I was replacing filters in the RO system they had originally installed. They were helpful as always. Jorge and Oscar are the best!

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
