Best Residential Hvac in Las Vegas NV

Thanks Hector, after trying for 2 days with different companies, with bad results and delays in answering for fixing my ac these guys arrive the same day that i called them within 2 hours, and got it fixed for a reasonable price and offer to help in report a bad contractor who rip us off.
U guys rock!!

Called mastermind on weekend. Arrived a couple hours later. Fixed my compressor issue and replaced thermostat. Solid professional and reasonable.

On time showed up and showed out. Professional, polite wore booties, respectful. Fair pricing.

I had an awesome experience with the repairman Christopher Roberts who was extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist me with HVAC repairs. He was on time and accurate he was efficient and quick as well. I will recommend him for repairs to anyone that is in need.

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Outstanding customer service. The Person who answered (i think his name is Robert) was extremely patient, understanding and pleasant to speak to. The operator told me the plumber would be at my house within an hour (which was fast in my opinion), But the plumber actually showed up in 15min!! AWESOME!!The plumber CJ showed up and is one of the most professional, postive, and energetic person I have encountered in any profession. He found the source of our leak within minutes. He broke down what what the cause, what to do to stop the leak, and what is needed to repair the leak. He didn't fix the yet problem due having a flooring company remove the flooring removed to get to the pipes. But I will definitely call them once that is done.Do not hesitate to consider Goettl for your A/C and plumbing needs. I can't imagine any company better than them.

Well first the guy could not even find my place not mentioning any names lol how ever he was honestly very helpful and has good communication so I did give boss the job day of the job tech was on time and fixed the problem quick and well done how ever when he left my toilet was not working so fixed one thing while another thing broke The lady on phone acted as if the was no relation toilet never had a problem any how I called tech to see if he could come back instead he wanted me to finish the work on the phone I just wanted job done with no hassle I paid cash and five doller tip he wanted good review on Yelp on did not even complete the full engagement when I called back he fixed it then told me I was not welcome to call them lol I’m greatful he fixed it people if u pay cash b weary cuz once they have it u can not file a claim pay credit with this company

Alex Valencia was punctual and professional and provided not only excellent service, but more importantly insight on how to keep my home ac units running efficiently in preparation for another blistering Vegas summer. Service was outstanding and as a result I enlisted in their regular maintenance program and look forward to utilizing their services in the future . Highly recommended!!!! 5 stars !!!!!!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner called right away to see how he could help. He came out that day to look at the water heater and the next day removed and old and put in the new. Even changed some handles that were corroded. He and the other 2 men went above and beyond on customer service and making sure everything was working properly. Great customer service and timely work is a rare commodity these days. Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning is #1 in my book!

What a terrible company. American home shield is also a terrible company that air pro has a relationship with. After 4 days of having no AC these two companies couldn’t get it together to service my 80 YEAR OLD FATHER-IN-LAW, so I called them directly. The witch on the phone was rude and nasty, and after I realized it was looking unlikely that these two companies were going to work together to get his AC fixed. I just asked to make an appointment directly with them. I was desperate to help my father-in-law, which she couldn’t care less about. She said she would have the OTHER department call me. Well they never did. If they don’t want to do business with AHS or even customers of AHS, they should end their relationship with them and not keep customers in limbo like this. They probably like keeping their options open when business isn’t as good as it is in 115 degree weather. Luckily I decided to look through my father-in-law’s paperwork and found One Hour AC and it turns out his unit was covered under warranty and they came out within a couple of hours an fixed it in five minutes FOR FREE. I tried calling air pro back to tell them I didn’t need them but was on hold for 20 minutes and just hung up. And again they NEVER CALLED like they said they would. Go with ONE HOUR AC!!!! They were awesome AND KIND!!! Not like the heartless, nasty people at air pro masters

These guys were sent out by my Home Warranty company. The compressor was frozen, so they said they had to shut it off and let it thaw before they could fix it, and they couldn't come back for a couple of days. They came back two days later, and claimed that there is nothing wrong. They told my home warranty company that there was nothing wrong. They also told my home warranty company that the problem was the outside humidity. As though somehow 37% humidity will stop AC's from working in Las Vegas, while air conditioning works just fine in places like Florida in spite of constant humidity much higher than anything here. They told the home warranty company that I need to keep my AC set over 75 degrees and it will be fine. I had already told JT's techs that we keep our AC at 77 degrees. There is an obvious issue with this unit. These guys however aren't interested in doing actual work, but rather just getting the quick service call fee from the Home Warranty company and moving on.

Update: I'm responding to the owners response. A frozen compressor when the system is set at 77 is a problem! You can't tell me that you can't find a problem with the system, if it stops working completely when set at 77 degrees. There is an obvious problem.
