I asked this plumber to fix my sewer. I'm a single mom who lives in a small town, so I'm not sure if I would have been able to find this company without Google. They sent out the most experienced plumber, who fixed my problem quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Roof a/c pack quit cooling after 15 years of hard use. Made service call. Edgar arrived in less than an hour. He kept us posted with only the facts during every steps of his comprehensive trouble shooting. R-12 gas charge was very low but no obvious leak(s) detected. Recovered remaining gas, vacuumed system, and decay checked OK.Recharged system and added sealer/leak detection dye. Ran system and cooling ops check OK now. Edgar's communication was exemplary, never wasted time, and advised us of all potential options now and in the future. Invoice was a bit steeper due to the cost of R12 gas, as we nearthe 1 January 2020 EPA ban (ref. Montreal global warming protocol and Kigali amendments). They found one leaking spot and we fixed it. But water is still leaking somewhere. I called the office and was told that they can only detect one leaking at a time with the charge $250. If we don't use their service to fix it, they will charge another $250 to do each leaking detection. Each time they come they only tell you one leaking. What a horrible policy they have!!! Be careful when you use their service.

My water heater exploded on a Sunday (of course). I called the company who installed it. After waiting three hours for a call back, I decided to call a few other companies.
