Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary. If you have absolutely any plumbing needs… Frank Rohr is your man!!I called him this past Wednesday in the early evening and told him I have a water heater leak. Frank said he wanted to come over to the house and take a look which he did. He said that I had to get a new water heater, as it was getting old and he actually showed me all the awful looking coercion inside.The same night….Frank replaced the following: Water heater, regulating pump, supply line ,new shut off valve to water heater, and 3 valves to my 3 different toilets.… Yes, Frank worked through the night! Yes, I did say ..he worked through the night! He said he wanted to do it as soon as possible to decrease the amount of water damage. Yes.. the wonderful man came to save me from incurring anymore structural damage due to the water flow. I know what a broken water heater can do to damage a family’s home, as it actually happened to my mother’s house! There was damage inside the house, wasted time with dealing with the insurance company, and emotions of dealing with the problem.In the long run, Frank saved me on the cost of replacing the water heater and halting any further damages. Frank is a really good man!!! Easy to communicate with!!! Financial insight, as he is looking out for the best interest for his customers. I have to say that I was very lucky to have met Frank!! Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.

Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.

Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. It is so refreshing to have a company that honors their quote and still goes above and beyond.

Well I don't know where to start my water heater burst damaged my drywall in the garage and seeped into the drywall in the bedroom. Behind the Walls soaked rug and it was a mess. I wasn't home I have a tenant in that house and the Tenant and Joe at LV restoration Plumbing got together and started repair processe. The Insurance company was difficult to deal with. I had to remind the claims adjuster that I am the client. After Joe and the tenant got together it was great to see that my tenant and Joe worked very well together. They done everything necessary to get the house back into condition it came out to be an A+ condition I am so so relieved. It took a little time my tenant was patient Joel set up a temporary hot water system for the tenants. It went so smooth after the tenant and Joe at Las Vegas restoration got together and coordinate everything that tension and stress levels drop to near zero. I need to mention Joe delt with my insurance company and that was good for me. I am considering changing insurance company. If you need work regarding water damage or Plumbing call Joe. Thanks Joe.

There are plumbers and then there is the plumber! That’s Mach 1 plumbing. When our kitchen drain backed up, Mach1 was there in 30 min, we had our water heater break, Mach1 was there! Thank you Doug.

Bad experiance. $47 advertisement jumped to $350 upon arrival.
Then pressured me to $1200 services where the equipment was broken, tech left to get new equipment then could not operate. After a wasted day of no results and a constant sales pitch I asked them to leave the property. Wasted day. I found another plumber and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes for 75 bucks. Would not use!!
