Best Repairs in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Jason is very helpful and knows plumbing like the back of his hand. I myself know a little bit of plumbing and a plumber myself, but nowhere near skilled as Jason. I still call him from time to time anytime I need help or have any questions about plumbing. If anyone has any plumbing issues and want the best quality service.. Jason from Nevada Plumbing Authority would be the one to call. Personally, not only he's the best plumber in my opinion, he's also a great friend and a caring human being.Thank you Jason.

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

I called here tonight and the receptionist had Paul call me back in regards to a bath alphabet toy being flushed down the toilet by my one-year-old. Paul spent a fair amount of time with me on the phone trying to help me do it myself with no charges for his advice. I think that is so nice of him. I don't hope to need a plumber soon but he certainly has my future business.

Shower handle would not turn, called Anytime Plumbing, they sent out Francisco who was very nice, informative and did a great job !

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

Last week, my water heater burst. I contacted my home warranty company, and they set me up with 5 Star.

When I called to set up the appointment, the receptionist/dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. I was able to get on the schedule for the next day.

Garry was also very professional, and really seemed to know his work well. He took a look, and said right away that a replacement was needed. He also pointed out some items that were not up to code, and noticed some water damage that would not be covered under the home warranty, but could be addressed under our homeowners' policy.

He quoted out everything needed to bring everything up to code, and arranged for someone to come out regarding the water damage. He didn't have the right size water heather with him, or it would have been replaced immediately (he had the standard sizes in his truck, but ours was not standard for the size of our home).

The next day, the dispatcher called me, and gave me the info on the replacement and items needed to bring things needed to meet code. She also gave me the price, which was discounted for my birthday (today). She said that Garry would be back to install the new unit first thing this morning, and he was.

The connections on the new unit look a lot more legit than the old one. I can't wait to hit the shower!

All in all, a very pleasant experience!

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .
