I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

I’m October 2019 we used percision on our hime we use for vacation. It was fine for a week. We had to have a new plumber come out and completely replace it recently. They said that nothing was done correctly and it looked like the percision plumber was in a rush and did not do the plumbing correctly. Turn away and use another company. Heck doing it yourself honestly could be better. HORRIBLE. Zero stars if possible

Called LV Restoration to find out if it was possible to repair 2 bathrooms of a house we acquired the rooms ate a total rebuild with possible sewer issues. Receptionist did not understand you cannot turn water there are no fixtures but scheduled a appraisal.Brandon came over understood problems discussed everything and said would start moving. Then nothing happened after 2 weeks called back got rude Receptionist she said they were busy I understand that but how much and when could this be started, she says $11500 over the phone of course I asked what does that include and where did that number come from, then I was told There seems to be bad blood have don't call back. I asked to speak with the owner, he called back quickly apologized and next day sent Bobby to inspect . That went well he was knowledgeable and professional told us to look at fixtures and described the cultured marble tops. We went to Floor and decor, Home depot, lowes found cabinets flooring toilets while waiting on estimate. Bobby called once said things were moving along a will get back, then nothing finally 5/25 Receptionist called left a message 1 of the team's was holding up the estimate. Since then nothing again. This company is way too much trouble to bother with

I had this plumbing problem two weeks after moving in to a new place and no one was home at the time. I contacted my rental agency who sent out there plumber, he spent 15 min at my house made a huge mess didn't clean it up then told me we should not flush hair and female products, and paper towels down the toilet and this wouldn't happen. I was very upset he was beyond rude and when i tried to state I would never do such a thing he just said yeah right. second time same thing less than a week after he so called fixed it. so this time i call my own plumber( In House Plumbing ) I looked them up 4.6 star's in reviews and on the phone they were very professional, gave me an adiquite quote in detail. when they arrived in only 30 min BY THE WAY every other plumber i call had at least a 2 to three hour turn around they were able to find the problem quickly and fix it. I would like everyone to know they explained everything in detail cleaned up the mess that a overflow caused excellent excellent service very nice and relatable I was not talked to like i was a stupid female, so if you have plumbing issues they are the best I've already given their number to my friends and family. awesome job In House keep it up.

Great service. Simple leak but they kept me informed. Gave a spot on quote and finished the work well within their estimated timeframe. The plumber was great and explained everything. Looks better than it did originally!

Benny is the man! He came in and fixed our garbage disposal and sink issues. He got the job done quick and efficiently, he was also very professional and courteous.

We've been using Arturo as our only plumber since 2015. He's installed two toilets, and pulled and replaced multiple faucet/shower cartridges for us. Arturo's work is superb, clean and fast. But the best part is his value pricing. No where in the Las Vegas valley can you get this level of quality work without spending major $$$. Arturo takes the pain out of finding quality plumbing work by providing his services at a reasonable price. Also a very friendly guy who will put you at ease. Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

Had a water regulator leak that started up and gave ace a call to schedule an appointment they arrived in the time frame they quoted was professional and Luis made it absolutely painless thanks again you rock!
