Best Repair Repairs in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Help replace a water filter for a way better cost than anyone else. Very friendly.

Plumbing was by far the quickest and simplest to work with, and they were able to deploy a technician quickly. He arrived, inspected the difficulties, and swiftly resolved them and replaced any necessary parts. We were relieved to get our issues resolved so soon.

Professional and polite, came earlier than expected and resolved my plumbing issue well within 45min. I was desperate for a plumber on a Friday afternoon at 4:00, after my front yard faucet broke and could not be turned off. I blindly started phoning plumbing companies, and Precision was the 3rd one I tried. Within 90 minutes, technician James arrived, and went to work. Precision's dispatch phoned me prior to his arrival; phoned to let me know when he was returning with the part; and James kept me informed of each step of the process. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision's service and they will be my go-to plumbing company.

We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. We were told that our technician Christian would call to tell us he was on his way for our 8-8:30 am time, and he did! 5 Star is the worst company I have ever dealt with! The technician had no idea what he was doing. He fixed the unit at 9 pm and by 9am the next morning, it went out again. The same tech came out the next day and fixed the unit again. Within 2 hours, it was out again. The tech came out for a third time and said he had no idea what was wrong with the unit. He said everything looked good to him. At that point we asked him to leave and had another AC company come out. Turned out 5 Star had installed the compressor wrong, did not bolt it down and used to small of electrical wires. That caused all kinds of problems including burning out the wires, disconnect box, contactor, etc. We ended up buying a new AC unit. I would never recommend 5 Star to anyone! Customer service is awful and they are not well trained.

Brandon and Devon came out to fix a serious plumbing issue we were experiencing. They resolved the issue fast and efficiently and we have had no problems since! Extremely pleased with our experience with Total Drain Solution and highly recommend them. 10/10 service, professionalism, and expertise.

In the morning, Jose stopped in to evaluate the puddle in my front yard and scheduled Jeff to come by later in the day to fix it. It was fixed in one day.

Jeff did an awesome repair job!
+He was patience with me and talked me through the process of fixing the leak that was causing a puddle in my front yard.
+When he found the leak, he showed me what it looked like and explained the fix.
+When it was fixed, he tested it and again showed me the fix before back-filling the hole.
+He stayed until just after sunset to make sure the work was done.
+He put in extra effort to get my yard back to it's previous state.

Both Jose and Jeff were Professional, Polite, and Experienced.

I previously had 2 other people at my house *trying* to figure out this issue and those other companies made it out to be a very big deal that they would try to fix. I didn't use them. Jose and Jeff knew exactly what they were doing, assured me it was no big deal and had it FIXED IN ONE DAY (when previous people took all day to show up and tell me they weren't sure if they could fix it.)
