I had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention, and this plumbing service delivered exceptional service. The plumbers were prompt, knowledgeable, and effectively resolved the problem. I am grateful for their expertise and highly recommend their services.

I noticed my hot water was not hot and checked the heater finding it was leaking water. Called a number the water heater manufacturer had listed and Paul showed up a few hours later. I was given a price, I accepted his offer and he proceeded to remove the leaking heater. An hour later he returned with a new replacement heater and had it installed an hour and half later. I couldn't have asked for faster service. He showed me a Whole Home Protection plan for $149 a year that included inspection of the anod rod in the heater, so I jumped on that, too. Being new to Las Vegas and to find great service is really a stroke of luck.

Anytime Plumbing responded quickly to my emergency call. They sent Francisco out who was very professional, informed me of what he was doing and why, and then efficiently resolved my issue. This was an absolutely fantastic experience.

This is a terrible horrible place. They were supposed to be here TODAY after we have been sweltering for 3 days. NOW they are saying they have to reschedule on FRIDAY. It has been 90 degrees in here since Saturday. They were supposed to come TODAY. I have a dog and 2 cats. We are dying in here. DO NOT USE these frauds. They are heartless horrible people. DO NOT USE THEM. If I have to shoot myself and my animals it will all be on them.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! My water heater was out and Joe Johnson fixed it up in no time! Not only was it fast but I now have a tankless heater that never runs out of hot water! A++++ would recommend joe again as he was very easy to get along with. Joe! Joe! Joe!

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

They are honest and fair, and have always been good with us.
