BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

Had an issue with a leak at my house and HIPS come out and fixed the issue very quickly and for a reasonable price.

Oh my gosh my whole house was backed up. And Levi came to the rescue explaining everything to me. Helping me resolve the issue and then also gave me further knowledge on how to care for my piping. And some stuff to look for and things I may need to do in the future. He was super and helpful and friendly and even really kind when my little daughter showed up super curious what was going on! I was really upset we had to call the plumber but I am really grateful that we called air conditioning and plumbing and Levi came out to help us!

I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job.
