The company was there when needed. The tech was great ,and was quick to find the problem. The only reason I said 4 intead of 5 stars was bc it was a little more pricey then I thought it would be. But wouldnt hesitate to call these guys first regardless. Thank you.

Thank you Frontier Plumbing for helping out! Curtis was great, very responsive, kept all his appointments and always arrived within the agreed upon time window. He even gave me some maintenance tips and explanations for cleaning the aerators of the tub and bathroom faucets. I would definitely utilize Frontier Pluming's services again in the future. I used Home Advisor to get several bids from local plumbers to replace a toilet in my master bathroom. When Vegas Valley Plumbing arrived to make the initial inspection and estimate, I was immediately impressed. You know this is a company that follows rules and regulations when they wore masks and put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean. The other companies that came for an estimate did not wear masks or shoe covers. On top of all that, Vegas Valley Plumbing gave me the lowest estimate. After receiving the estimate, I called the office to schedule the work the next day. The same two guys came the next day and arrived on time. I was scheduled for 4p-6p and they showed up exactly at 4p. They called me at about 3p to let me know that they were on the way. The work was done by 5:30p and me and my wife couldn't be happier. My wife is a clean freak and even she was impressed. The guys cleaned up the entire area where they worked. I was very surprised to see that they put my old toilet in a heavy black bag so that nothing will spill on the floors as they hauled it out. They also used a similar black bag when they brought tools in and out of my house so nothing would drip on my floors. I've never seen any plumbers pay so much attention to detail like this. I've dealt with so many bad and overpriced plumbers in the past that I'm very thankful to find Vegas Valley Plumbing. I'll be using them in the future for as long as they keep up the same quality of work. After an extensive and through search of a plumbing service to locate and repair our. main water line (runs from house to street) I selected Hip's Plumbing to address our problem. I chose Hip's because they had hundreds of 5 star reviews on line, are rated A+ on the Better Business Bureau site, are bonded, licensed and insured and are a family owned business that a long history in Las Vegas. They also showed pics on their face book page of customer's yards where they performed they same type of work and it looked like it had never been disturbed. When I called the phone was answered in a professional manner and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Jeff, who performed the leak detection service, arrived on time and went to work. He showed my husband and I exactly what he was doing and how it was determined that we had a main water line leak. He gave us the price for repair and throughly explained the steps that needed to be taken to resolve the problem. We accepted the proposal. The crew showed up the next morning, on time, dressed in company logo shirts, in clean and professional trucks. The manually dug the trench out, installed a new main line with minimal disruption to our water access, cleaned up all debris and told us the next steps - the city inspector would be out the next day, which he was. That same afternoon the Hip's crew returned, filed in the trench, put our stone back in place, cleaned up the front sidewalk and public sidewalk. Our yard looked better that it did before they performed the work! One year warranty on labor and install and over 20 year labor on materials. Based on my experience Hip's deserves their 5 star ratings and rave reviews. They will be my plumbing business go to for as long as I reside in Las Vegas! What a relief to have found such an honest, professional an capable plumbing company!!!!!! Thank you Hip's!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation.
