NO HEAT?! I woke up this morning in a blizzard it seemed like !…I called Goettle had them look at the old unit and we got it replaced the SAME DAY . They sent a awesome Tech named Branislav Konear out he was able to explain to my older landlord what the issues as to why I had no heat . And they even matched a previous company’s price! The crew was awesome and got everything done with a smile and were very friendly. I’m glad my family was kept warm this year because of this company Goettl Air good job guys .

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

I was blown away by the customer service from this company. I called 3 other companies and was told they could not come out the same day. When I called BEST Air, I had a service tech at my door within door and he repaired my unit within the same visit. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, reliable service!

Daniel came out to do an estimate and was so helpful we decided to have him do the job right then. He identified a similar problem in our other sink pipes saving the need for another plumbing call. He was very nice and patient with us.

We had Mike Weeks from Focus Plumbing meet us our rental properties in Las Vegas to install (4) brand new water softeners, Mike was very professional and honest, he didn't try to up-sale us or push us to do something we didn't need. After interviewing (2) other companies we decided to go with Focus Plumbing, Mike's communication was great and he finished all (4) houses in one day. We had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet at our business. We were lucky enough to have Blake show up to help us out. He was extremely knowledgeable about, not only this issue, but a couple of others that came up in conversation. He not only did things in an efficient and expedient manner, he came and got me to check on his work and discuss the next step with me. I liked being included in the process.
