When I need the services of a plumber, I will call Precision Plumbing. From scheduling an appointment to job completion, I received courteous and attentive service. A special thanks to Eric. I will ask for him when I need the services of a plumber in the future.

Curtis first had to determine the proper tool to remove the faucet stem to get it out of the wall, second had to verify with Newport Brass the correct part number, third had to work with various suppliers to get the correct part in a timely manner. Then install the new faucet stem and check for leaks. Curtis is very professional, knows his trade and works to make sure his customers job is done correctly, and they are satisfied with the job.

Responded super quick & got the job done that day! So thankful for this company & highly recommend.

As part of the club membership I purchased I received two maintenance visits. Sean and James just left after preforming one of them and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about my unit. They made honest recommendations and provided tips on how to maintain a good clean unit. Thanks guys!

I had this plumbing problem two weeks after moving in to a new place and no one was home at the time. I contacted my rental agency who sent out there plumber, he spent 15 min at my house made a huge mess didn't clean it up then told me we should not flush hair and female products, and paper towels down the toilet and this wouldn't happen. I was very upset he was beyond rude and when i tried to state I would never do such a thing he just said yeah right. second time same thing less than a week after he so called fixed it. so this time i call my own plumber( In House Plumbing ) I looked them up 4.6 star's in reviews and on the phone they were very professional, gave me an adiquite quote in detail. when they arrived in only 30 min BY THE WAY every other plumber i call had at least a 2 to three hour turn around they were able to find the problem quickly and fix it. I would like everyone to know they explained everything in detail cleaned up the mess that a overflow caused excellent excellent service very nice and relatable I was not talked to like i was a stupid female, so if you have plumbing issues they are the best I've already given their number to my friends and family. awesome job In House keep it up.

Talked to Impact Plumbing dispatch at 9am, tech was at my house by 11:45am. Assessed my water heater with the conclusion that it needed to be replaced (8 yrs old). Gerson was very professional and gave me my options. Picked option #2. I like that he wasn't pushy or tried to sell me any BS. 2-3 hours later the new water heater pump was installed. Now the wife will be happy 😊.

This company told me that the prior company who service my Water heater should have covered the water heater. So this company gave me a great deal So I went with them because of their honesty and I believe honesty is better than Anything

Their AC technician, Christian Legaspi, did an excellent service in performing inspection maintenance and installing starter kits & replacement of insulation to the suction lines on my house 2 AC units. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his line of work. Will use Goettl again in future AC maintenance and repair. Will recommend company to friends.

They were punctual and professional fixed my clogged drain and installed my Bidet. Their price was also right.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.
