I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Jason was the only person to answer and come help, out of all the companies I called in the middle of the night. Thank you!

They replaced my main water service line and got it done in a day. Price was a bit more than I expected but was right around where other companies quotes. They had great customer service and Miguel did great work.

What an awesome job Blane did on our remodeling projects. We converted a room to a bedroom. We converted a dining to a beautiful office with 1300 lb. iron doors, remodeled the entire kitchen, painted the inside of the whole house, and remodeled the fireplace. What an awesome job and I can assure you that you will not find a better company and a better price!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and Angel came out the same day I called. In and out in less than an hour. Very responsive, honest, quality work and a fair price. I've had these guys out to install my water heater tank and they did a great job then, too. I'll be a client of theirs as long as they are in business.

He is truly the best!!! Fixed my son’s bathroom faucet without tearing the wall/ tiles down! We had two different plumbers scheduled, both way more expensive and we would have to wait for a week for them to come.
Arturo arrived just for an estimate and he actually fixed all our problems right away for a lower price. And he wears PLASTIC BOOTS/ COVERS so your carpet won’t get dirty!!!

I’m so thrilled with the entire Pipe Dreams team. I found them after receiving three different estimates for a main water line replacement. Not only was their quote the most fairly priced—but their approach made way more sense to us than some of the others did (most of which involved tearing up and replacing concrete) AND we absolutely loved everyone we dealt with—from the owner, Chance, to the plumber on our job, CJ.

We chose to go with them and are SO glad we did. Even the city inspector commented on how thorough their work was. The funny thing is our neighbor saw them working on our yard and then hired them to replace her main water line (she had the same leak issue we did), and she texted me days later to thank me for the recommendation and say they were “the most professional company” she had ever worked with. Props to CJ and team for making what could have been a major headache a seamless, smooth, affordable-as-possible process for us. We are thrilled.

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We discovered that the pipes that support our master bath were not the correct pipes installed and it caused a water leak into our kitchen. We called our home warranty company and then sent out Anytime Plumbling to assess the situation. They came back with all this unnecessary work and told our warranty company that the work that was done was out of code which of course gave the warranty company an out not to cover the damages. Anytime Plumbing comes back us saying they can fix it for $4k! My wife calls Dino and he comes to the rescue. He identified the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes for 12% of what Anytime Plumbing charged. If you need a trustworthy and quality plumbing service, Dino plumbing is the way to go!

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
