Best New Plumbing Fixtures in Las Vegas NV

My mother called this company to fix an issue with the washer drain, and they helped her by price matching another company which charged $150 less than LVR does. Which I was grateful for but then...

Shortly after supposedly fixing the problem and receiving their pay. The toilets stop working which were working fine prior to the service and I later found that they never put the drain cover back on causing raw sewage to spill out all over my moms yard! They also told her that the main drain pipe was broken! How they figured that without ever sending a camera down, still baffles me!?

So I called and dealt with the guy who came out and before I could finish my sentence, he was quoting me $250 for another snake cleaning as he called it. Then he said that there was never a cover on the pipe that spit out all the raw sewage, which is a complete lie! And when I said sir there was one there and disagreed with him, he hung up on me!

So I got a hold of the owner and he sent someone else out and the price went from $250 for a cleaning to a new main pipe for $3000 or so!!! But then he said don't worry about that let's remodel your bathroom and all you pay is the insurance deductible... I said well I'll call my insurance to make sure that it's covered, he responded with don't worry about that, we know exactly what to say to make sure that they pay for it after we complete the work!!! All I had to do is pay the deductible and give them the okay to rebuild my bathroom and they would make so much that they will throw in the main sewage pipe in on the work order!
Yeah, no! Insurance companies do not always cover all work and then I would get stuck with an internal financing program paying premium rates because I signed a contract to give them the okay to begin work!

To summarize I felt scammed and I felt that they took advantage of my mother and they were trying to get more out of her by doing a remodel of the restroom and fixing the main drain line!! Which by the way I had another plumber come out and he ran the camera in the pipe and guess what? The main drain pipe was not broken and he fixed the entire issue that they caused and put a new cap on my drain that they lost or purposely left off for less money than their drain cleaning of $250 that this company was trying to charge my mother to to fix the issue they caused!

I would not recommend this company, due to bad customer service, unprofessional employees, unwilling to fix their problems, used cars salesmen mentality, high prices and I feel that they are very unethical...

The only positive experience that I had was talking to miss Faye who was nice and understanding and didn't immediately try to make me feel like I was in the wrong before hearing me out and trying to sell me on some bogus services without creditable evidence... so I am not in any way or form satisfied and I will never recommend or use this company again and I highly recommend that other potential prey I'm mean clients don't either...

Nice installation of laundry room wash basin -- on time quality plumbing of faucet and drain.

Called on Monday because my water heater was leaking very early in the morning. Spoke to Haddie first. Props to her as she answered several questions, was very understanding and patient with me and set up my profile but I had to take another call and I said I would call back. (I was panicking trying to figure out how to shut off the valves) So I call back a few minutes later and spoke with Jane, she mentioned their computers went down and she would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I told her that I had already called and who had helped me before and that I was just getting the appointment set up for a tech to come over to service the water heater. She said she had my number, but that she would put me down for someone to come out. Took her word for it. I never heard back. I called a couple hours later to see if they could give me a time frame of when I should expect someone since I never heard back. Spoke to Christina I believe and she said they had never put me down. So disappointed and frustrated because time had gone by thinking someone was coming out and I had to find business elsewhere due to their lack of communication.

Mach 1 Plumbing is the best! Fast and reliable service. I’ve worked with them on more than one occasion and I feel confident that I am always in good hands. Doug is an honest business man and always does the right thing by his customers. Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me. I highly recommend Mach 1 for all of your plumbing needs. Excellent company, great owner, top notch work.

I highly recommend Nicholas cupp! My dishwasher wasn’t draining properly (draining out of the over flow into my sink) causing a horrible smell anytime I used my dishwasher. Now my dishwasher is draining properly and the smell is gone. And the best part is I called to set up an appointment and they immediately had an appointment open for 3-5 and he called to see if it was okay to come right then and he showed up by 2:40Absolutely amazing service!

5 star service!!! We had a plumbing leak in our toilet due to a bad installation, spoke to Casie and got someone out the next day. They sent the technician Anthony out and he was very kind and courteous. Everything was done professionally and fairly quickly. Called to make a payment over the phone and they also offer online payments, Tori from accounting sent me the link and I was beyond pleased!! Easy & stress free

If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to use. This is my second time using Raptor Plumbing and they were amazing both times and fixed all of the issues we were having. Disregard all of the negative reviews. This is the plumbing company to hire, thanks again!
