Did not use them for plumbing services but called them in the middle of the night with a sprinkler system issue. They got back to me on the phone very quickly and walked me through how to shut off the valves without trying to charge me. The person went out of their way to try to take pictures and verbally walk me through the process. Would definitely give them a chance for plumbing services.

Larry was super helpful and I texted him for 3 days trying to fix a problem myself.....in the end Danny came to fix my shower leak. Totally professional, on time and he left after completely cleaning and caulking what he had removed off my shower.

One of our most positive plumbing experiences ever! Right from our initial call, everything went better than we could have hoped for. Jackie took our late morning call, was polite, professional, and highly skilled at helping us diagnose our problem. She dispatched one of Resolution Plumbing's professionals before lunchtime.

When Alex arrived, he too was polite, professional and completely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix our faulty shower faucet. In less than one hour, Alex removed the faulty faucet and cartridge and replaced them with a new cartridge and handle at an extremely reasonable price.

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .
