One of the Best Company I've dealt with, very knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and honest. Taught me about zone dampers and saved me a ton of money, did not do work not needed !!! Will definitely call again and recommend !

They went out and replaced a water heater..... they charged us 485 dollars in non covered fees and removed the check valve for HVAC... Tenant Complained daily that they did not have hot water. 5 star keeps saying everything is working correctly and tenant has no heat or hot water.

They dont know what they are doing! Dont let them come to your property.

He is truly the best!!! Fixed my son’s bathroom faucet without tearing the wall/ tiles down! We had two different plumbers scheduled, both way more expensive and we would have to wait for a week for them to come.
Arturo arrived just for an estimate and he actually fixed all our problems right away for a lower price. And he wears PLASTIC BOOTS/ COVERS so your carpet won’t get dirty!!!

I’m so thrilled with the entire Pipe Dreams team. I found them after receiving three different estimates for a main water line replacement. Not only was their quote the most fairly priced—but their approach made way more sense to us than some of the others did (most of which involved tearing up and replacing concrete) AND we absolutely loved everyone we dealt with—from the owner, Chance, to the plumber on our job, CJ.

We chose to go with them and are SO glad we did. Even the city inspector commented on how thorough their work was. The funny thing is our neighbor saw them working on our yard and then hired them to replace her main water line (she had the same leak issue we did), and she texted me days later to thank me for the recommendation and say they were “the most professional company” she had ever worked with. Props to CJ and team for making what could have been a major headache a seamless, smooth, affordable-as-possible process for us. We are thrilled.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

2 other plumbing companies couldn't fix a difficult clog. Ace stayed late and got the job done at a great price. Very thrilled.

Dan’s dirty drains did an excellent job fixing some issues with my newly purchased house. They were very responsive over the phone and did a great job with the fix. I’m going to be using them again in the future.

I had a water heater replaced at my elderly mother’s condo, and the crew involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Matt, Clayton, and Nick performed the work and all made sure to keep the home clean and had a friendly demeanor towards my mother and me. They performed the job quickly, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I felt comfortable enough leaving the employees with my mom which meant a lot to me. It goes to show you how well trained and friendly the staff is. There are a lot of choices for HVAC repairs, and plenty of people can perform the job, but I recommend this company because they take things a step further. To say I was impressed is an understatement.

Called, and within 45 minutes, Chris S. was at my home (He loves dogs and was so good with my puppy). He quickly diagnosed I needed a new water heater, and within a hour, I was back with a new water heater. I couldn't recommend this place, and Chris enough. Jason responded to text within minutes, was able to determine isssue and from photos able to determine the needed part before arrival. Upon arrival (with in an hour of contact) verified the problem with diagnostic equipment replaced the part and was completed within an hour of arrival.
