James Kang, Silverstate technician, was the BEST !! He was professional, on time , efficient, highly knowledgeable & skilled . He was a “perfectionist” in my what I observed. He explained with pics of my heating system and explained in full detail. I am thankful that he has was sent to my property for heating/seasonal check-up. He’s been here before; and noted the same positive qualities!!

On Thursday night I discovered the pilot on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. Started calling plumbers. No one could come out till the next day, and the first one I got a confirmation from was Dino's Plumbing. That was a stroke of luck because they fixed me right up.

The water heater was about 10 years old, and the repair would have been almost $300. More than one plumber I spoke with suggested replacing the water heater which I ended up doing. As one person said - spending $300 on repairs to a 10 year old water heater is like putting lipstick on a pig going to slaughter!

Dino's came out early, fitting me in between appointments, and they replaced the water heater at a competitive price. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up when they were done. I have no hesitations recommending Dino's Plumbing!

These 5 stars are for Aaron, thanks to his kindness and help. When I was working with my neighbor he answered my questions and was very friendly. I would really like to recommend him and the Simply company.
