I found this company by happenstance in the middle of a flood crisis in our (new) home. Vegas Valley Plumbing came to our house promptly and fixed the problem easily and effectively. They were then able to come out for another (unrelated) plumbing issue and then helped us get our soft water system back on line. I can't say enough great things about this company. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very friendly (my dog even loves them!) I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. I've lived in Las Vegas for 2 years with no need for a plumber.. until now. I didn't really know where to turn, but with the help of google and a strong brand name and sterling reputation, I figured I couldn't go wrong with Roto-Rooter. Google was right! Roto-Rooter was at the top of the list for a reason. The appointment scheduling was easy peasy and they were very flexible with my schedule. I love that they give free estimates!! When the plumbers got to my house, before they even got to my busted pipe out front, they spotted a leake on the city's side of my water meter and gave me instructions on how to get that fixed for free! When we did move onto my original leaky pipe out front, it was VERY obvious to me that these guys knew what they were talking about. They were very knowledgable which made it very easy to trust them. They were lightning fast with a quote and started working immediately! They were finished in no time and when they were done, they reviewed all the things they did to fix the pipe, tthey let me know that their work was guaranteed AND they even gave me a bottle of drain cleaner for free!! Now, that's what I call service!! Thanks so much Roto-Rooter!

My bathroom plumbing sprung a leak in the middle of the night and I called this company straight away. They sent someone out to handle it immediately and we got it fixed before the damage could spread. If you want a dependable plumber

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I call this company for a toilet leak hoping to find local company. The appointment was two days later and the leak had stopped for unknown reasons. While the plumber was there I asked about replacing two faucet shower valves and one spout. He took pictures (all he needed per plumber) and said would get back to me. I was charged the $89 evaluation fee and told it could be used on the repair of the valves and spout. During the service call the plumber did say it would cost over $700 to replace the actual fixture if i did not want to just replace the valves. A week Iater I contacted company (as agreed upon at evaluation)their return email stated the valves were discontinued and i will need to find new ones. I asked for the make and model needed but they said they didn't know. How did they know the valves were discontinued if they can't give vital info. I researched several suppliers who stated I need make and model again I asked I they could give info after several emails (in one of their emails they asked if I had original packaging) I was told it was a mixet brand and could get at home depot. Again I researched and found a product I thought was correct and sent part number to confirm I had the right part. Again I was told they don't know. How do they know you can get it at home depot if they don't know what part I need. The company has clearly stated that they will not warranty any work if they did not provide the actual value. If the replacement valves are available at home depot why did they say the valve was discontinued. I have tried numerous time to get the correct part to replace the valves. This company has given me the total runaround and charged for a evaluation in which they provided no information other that they don't know. The latest email I received said the valves were extremely old and used in low end motels. They also have not seen in 10 to 12 years. They did send me a link easy to install with a screw driver which did not work. Their advise is I replace with somthing from moen or Kohler which will cost me at least $700 apiece and I will need to hire another company to fix the tile which they would need to remove. I originally gave the company a three but after the latest round of emails I lowered it to a one.

I read the owners response and totally disagree with the reply. As stated in my review the only real option I was given was to replace the entire unit not just the valve. All I requested was the correct make and model of the valves so I could try to obtain them for replacement. Instead of getting the information I got the runaround.

We had an unfortunate experience at our home...Called and Juan Castillo came to our home and helped to explain what was happening with our water...We had a slab leak which he explained with a very understanding tone and smile...Juan is an amazing tech with great knowledge and patience...He is one of the reasons we will always call Pure Plumbing for all our pluming repairs...Thank you Pure Plumbing and certainly Juan...
