First time they had to reschedule. Then when they rescheduled they were a NO call NO show.

Oh my gosh my whole house was backed up. And Levi came to the rescue explaining everything to me. Helping me resolve the issue and then also gave me further knowledge on how to care for my piping. And some stuff to look for and things I may need to do in the future. He was super and helpful and friendly and even really kind when my little daughter showed up super curious what was going on! I was really upset we had to call the plumber but I am really grateful that we called air conditioning and plumbing and Levi came out to help us!

I have used them twice in the past couple of months. On their second visit, I had my water heater removed and had them install a tankless water heater system. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.
