This plumber came out immediately when I called about problems with my plumbing. Professional and effective, he performed a fantastic job. If anyone I know needs a plumber, he's the one I'll tell them about.

I called Bosch at 11 pm because we had water leaking out of the concrete behind our bar at Johnny Mac’s. Keegan (the owner) was there in 15 min ready to help. I have had some poor experience with finding a honest, punctual plumber over the years. Very pleased. We will most definitely be using the Bosch team moving forward with all our plumbing needs. 10 out of 10!

Technician Brian came out to our apartment at 7300 Pirates Cove Rd and helped us at a time of need. He went beyond what most people would of done and help fix the water leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. If i ever have a plumbing problem in the future im definitely calling Brian out again. 5 star sevice for sure!

COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.

A year ago the warranty company come to our home turn the shower on and off and said everything was corroded and they would have to cut holes in the walls and it would cost $20,000 to replace all the pipes. So we disregarded it (we were not getting warm water).
Then we finally called again and they had Garry come out to our house this morning. He was here for such a short time, changed a cartridge and made hot water appear! I think it was like $200 or something- SO EASY.
He was kind and knowledgeable- anytime you get this company coming to your house request Garry! We will!

Daniel S. was very polite and very professional. My rating is ONLY for Daniel and also for being able to take my call at 3A and to get an appt on the books by 9A. HOWEVER, GOETTYL pricing is absurd! I was quoted, over the phone, If it is just a simple capacitor, it would only be about $100. I figured that this was fair, if so, to not have to 'deal' with replacing it (I've done this easy job many times). Guess what - Turns out it actually was the capacitor. It was quickly replaced by Daniel, the system working again... then comes the price... $525 just for the part! A/C capacitors can be easily ordered, same day delivery, between $10-$20 only!!! GOETTYL is attempting to charge more than 25-50x the cost of a part that takes no more than 5min to SAFELY replace!! I politely paid the service fee and asked for their part to be removed. After the technician had left, I checked for and, sure enough, found I already had a spare capacitor, just in case. Because I had to grab tools, I will say it took me approx. 10min to SAFELY replace the cap. and the system is now working perfectly. Additional spare capacitors are already on order, for less than the GOETTYL service call (which was discounted to $50; Normally $80-$90). Look, I understand companies need to make a profit, which is why I was willing to pay the quoted (over the phone) estimate of approx. $100 for a capacitor that only costs $10-$20. But, you've got to be out of your mind with this highway robbery of $525 for a $10-$20 part and 10min of labor time. Again, the technician, Daniel, was wonderful and polite. So was the phone agent that booked the appt.. The pricing is not their fault. GOETTYL Ops. Management should be ashamed.
