I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

TechCool retains very good service techs. They are friendly, well trained and experienced in all phases of HVAC.

These guys are the best in Vegas I have found. They are open and honest, always on time, and give a great, fair price. Very nice guys too, very respectful, always wear masks and bootys, great to work with.

I had a kitchen faucet break on Thanksgiving day and they sent Jeff. He did a great job of immediately cutting off the water and explained what he needed to do and how much. He was professional and efficient. He was also cleaned up prior to leaving. I will continue to use Anytime and I will recommend Anytime to anyone that asks.

Daniel was the best! He came to our house today 09/07/2022 He was very thorough in our annual maintenance with our air conditioner. He was very patient and answer all my questions and concerns. My water main went last Saturday. Called Boss Plumbing and the whole job was done and life was back to “normal” by Friday. Job was perfect, clean, and reasonable. Isai and his crew were respectful and professional. Will always highly recommend them going forward.

I inherited Express Home Service when my AC company shut down a few months back. Gave me a year of their annual service plan, and things are great. Just did an AC maintenance, answered my questions, suggested only a few minor repairs since my unit is 10 years old, discussed a few other options to keep my unit working. Mason was fantastic to work with. Very happy with the quality of this company!

I had an appt scheduled between 12-4pm but right at 12pm the office called me that a technician was on his way. Johnny showed up right on time and got to work. This appointment was for my yearly plumbing maintenance. Johnny checked all of my plumbing and gave me recommendations of what my home needed. He is very knowledgeable and professional and did not push any sales on me. So I did not feel pressured at all. At the end of the service call, he emailed me all photos of my plumbing and gave me separate bids for each service. I would definitely recommend Johnny and Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair.

We had several quotes done to replace our unit. We felt the most confident with this company. The customer service was fantastic, the installers were incredibly nice, and the company was very accommodating to my family and I. They really went above and beyond and I am happy to give 5 stars. Heating and AC companies are a dime a dozen out here. If you want the best of the best use this company. They even sent out a roofer to adjust the roof because the newer units are smaller than the older ones. Top notch! I will use Vegas Strong AC/Heatimg for all of my units!
