I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! Alex our Tech was very kind and Courteous. He checked our air conditioner and found the the drainage pipe was not connected and suggested that he come next day to install the pipe. Suggested a few maintenance that can be done at a latter time. For now we will have our drainage pipe installed. Price was fare and overall Alex was very helpful with our scheduled appointment and did his job very well. Would recommend to friends or family members.
