Best General Repairs in Las Vegas NV

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

We had two toliets that were running the plumber who came out went out of his way to address these issues. He keep my wife informed of the progress and showed her what the problem way. He was very professional and did a great job.

Dan’s an awesome plumber with great customer service. First time I called was from searching google looking for a small business I could feel good about supporting and also who would charge me fair prices. Not only was his price more than fair, his service was excellent. He came quickly as it was an urgent call, finished the job in a timely manner and even stayed and explained how what he was fixing worked so I understood what happened.

Since then he’s my go-to plumber I’ve called MULTIPLE times my for my home and businesses. He’s a good guy with tons of knowledge up there and experience, you can’t go wrong calling Dan.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.

We had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet at our business. We were lucky enough to have Blake show up to help us out. He was extremely knowledgeable about, not only this issue, but a couple of others that came up in conversation. He not only did things in an efficient and expedient manner, he came and got me to check on his work and discuss the next step with me. I liked being included in the process. Scheduling was easy and service was great! He problem-solved on the job to install my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Professional, kind, and the price was fair.

Fernando came out to look at my water heater leak. He was very knowledgeable and gave my landlord different quotes on the repair. My landlord was indecisive at the moment. Fernando in the meantime drained the water so it would not continue to leak and cause any more damage. Unfortunately, my landlord decided to go a different route and didn’t have Pure perform the repair. However, Fernando did a good job.

Was scheduled for toilet installation through Home Depot. Installers boss said they would charge $145 for a water line that did not need to be replaced per their company policy. I refused the added service. Max plumbing told installer not to put in new toilet. Installer was very nice, very professional. He unloaded my toilet from his truck for me. I iwas able to install toilet myself from YouTube videos. Filed complaint with Home Depot and was refunded prepaid installation fee.

I had a water main leak. Lange came on Friday afternoon to make temporary repair to provide water. The original estimate was $2500 - $3000 for trenching a rerouting the main line. On Monday the estimate is now up to $3200. I ask the plumber to put a max number on the estimate at $3200 but he declined saying the estimate may go up if he finds something unexpected when he start digging. It is a 10 ft trench in residential area. I would think many people would dig that trench for $3000 period. !!! So I just pay Lange $500 for the emergency repair and send the Lange plumber away. I'm glad I was able to get 2 other companies to give me a fixed price for the job at several hundreds less. I picked one and job the job completed the next day. Dont think I will call on Lange for anything in the future. So everyone should : get several estimates and get a fixed price for a large job.
