Best General Plumbing Repairs in Las Vegas NV

Save your money and get at least 3 bids when working with Eternal Plumbing. I have worked with them off and on for three years. At first their rates were somewhat comparable to other plumbers in town, but then they went corporate. They started passing the cost of their growth directly to their customers. Three years ago they dug a 5 foot deep hole in my front yard to extend the water shut off line. The cost was $700. I recently moved and asked for a bid on digging two 18 trenches for my new propane tanks and an installation of a tankless water heater. Eternal quoted $14,500 and said they gave me a $2000 discount. No thank you!!! I got the same job done with another licensed plumber for $3000. I will never use Eternal plumbing again unless I decide one day to start burning money. You have many options in Las Vegas. Use someone else.

I had a leak in my slab.  I called my home warranty company and they sent a low tiered plumber.  They right away quoted me $6k to reroute my plumbing above the foundation.  I never like using the home warranty companies, so I called and ended up meeting with 3 other contractors. Vegas contractors are known for being shadey, and the ones that came out also wanted to reroute my pipes...and the price kept going up.

After doing a lot of research on rerouting pipes, I came across LV Restoration.  On the phone, the woman who answered was able to answer a lot of questions and she seemed super knowledgeable about plumbing.  She conference called me with one of their technicians and discussed the issue.  They agreed a reroute may be needed but wanted to come check it out in person.... AND AT NO CHARGE!

Here's where is gets really good..... Brian.  So Brian comes to my house and I explain all that I thought I knew about my issue.  He too agreed that we MAY need a reroute, but he did something Crazy. He actually said lets open the walls up where the manifolds are and investigate what the problem is before we commit to doing a larger scale job.  Brian said he has done many of these types of jobs in the past and would know exactly where to look and exactly what to do, in order to minimize the amount of unnecessary work.

So Brian came to my home, opened up the wall (as shown in the picture), did simple diagnosis that he has learned with his years of experience, and showed me which one of the copper lines had the leak.  He cut the line and capped it, and there was no leak to the rest of the house!!!  So now we had to figure out which location the bad pipe went to.  This is important because instead of rerouting the entire house, we would only need to reroute the one damaged line.  Turns out it was an old line capped off during a remodel 20 years ago...AND WE DIDN'T NEED TO REROUTE ANYTHING, JUST CAP OFF THE LINE.

Brian could have easily taken my wallet for a ride today, but he was very honest and thorough.  The price I paid was a fraction of any quote.  The frustrations were eliminated today.  I can't stress enough how great this company is.

I am so thankful for Code Red and their plumber Jaime. We had our toilets back up at our church and I immediately called for service. They were able to have someone out (Jaime) within an hour. Jaime was professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was able to look at a couple of other items that could use attention and suggested how I could repair them without a huge cost. Ultimately, the toilets and sewage line was unclogged. I got a good scope of what our lines look like and what to do to prevent future issues. The services was top notch and honest. There was no trying to see me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. Dignity plumbing was the first company to reply to my request on Google. I just told them my problem. Ask when I needed it done . I said anytime they made the appointment for the next morning. Beware of Pure Plumbing’s technicians lack of knowledge and up selling you!We did not receive the correct diagnosis on our hot water tank issue. There was no due diligence in looking at all potential issues as to why we were not receiving hot water into our home. Within two minutes of an initial review, the technician immediately offered to replace the hot water tank. The original hot water tank was only two years old. We were desperate because we were without hot water for a couple of days and with two toddlers in the house, we had no options. After the new install and after spending over $1300, the water was still cold. It was then that the technician informed us we had a mixing valve above the water tank that might be the issue. After spending another $400, to remove the mixing valve, our family finally had hot water. We feel that the the original two year old hot water tank did not have to be removed. We definitely feel like we got a bad deal or worse.Please be knowledgeable about your hot water tank and all the parts connected to your tank. We didn’t know and we were naive to think Pure Plumbing had our best interests in mind. We will never use them again and we will tell everyone we know about this nightmare service.

If I could give no stars I would. We’ve been waiting over 6 hours from our initial appointment window. Called them 7 times and they kept saying in 30 minutes. They have no idea where their technician is. They called to confirm the address. I’m honestly baffled at the audacity of these people. They want to charge me $65 for them being awfully late. I’ve had plans they gave me a window and I’m just p-o’d. Rediculous. I don’t recommend them at all. They said sorry for the confusion??? What confusion is there. You being way late... passed my initial wait window. Ugh. Didn’t even try to make it right. I will not accept bad service. You either do what you say or don’t do it at all.
