Mike R. was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not know anything about RO systems and Mike taught me a lot. He was patient and courteous. He helped me develop a maintenance plan for my system.

ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I've used Pure Plumbing several times over the years. Always professional, the job is done right, and they have the patience to be sure everything is truly fixed right. Maybe not the cheapest plumber, but high quality and worth the price.

I had a water main leak. Lange came on Friday afternoon to make temporary repair to provide water. The original estimate was $2500 - $3000 for trenching a rerouting the main line. On Monday the estimate is now up to $3200. I ask the plumber to put a max number on the estimate at $3200 but he declined saying the estimate may go up if he finds something unexpected when he start digging. It is a 10 ft trench in residential area. I would think many people would dig that trench for $3000 period. !!! So I just pay Lange $500 for the emergency repair and send the Lange plumber away. I'm glad I was able to get 2 other companies to give me a fixed price for the job at several hundreds less. I picked one and job the job completed the next day. Dont think I will call on Lange for anything in the future. So everyone should : get several estimates and get a fixed price for a large job.

Larry has done two jobs for me in the past few months. He installed a new toilet for one job and then a water heater on another occasion. Both times he was efficient and finished in a timely manner. He and his partner cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the jobs. Also, both jobs were started within two days after my initial call. I appreciated not having wait days or weeks. The work was all professionally done. I highly recommend Plumbing Pros.
