Best Gas Line Issue in Las Vegas NV

I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

I just had the best repair man experience ever Hector treated me like family I got a a.c. check such a straight up person also he looked at my hot water heater that I was going to replace and told me to just by this part saved me big time thanks again there are still real good repair man in the world

Curtis was professional and honest and gave a good assessment of what exactly was need for the complete sink and garbage disposal replacement. Wanted to get this done for quite awhile and wasn't sure who to use for the job. Feel great with the end result. I will for sure make Frontier my first call when I have plumbing needs in the future!

After a few other companies weren’t able to come make a repair for us at our home, I called Joe and his crew. I’m a local restoration owner who has worked with Joe on and off for years, and I have to say the reason is his care for the customer. It was nice to not have that lost on our home and family due to friendship. We were put on the schedule and treated like customers, we were notified about the techs arrival, greeted when he arrived, and before he left he wanted to show me the work to ensure I was happy. I’m proud to leave an honest review and also to see how far impact coming has come, and how far they will go here in the valley. With the guys in the field (thank you Isaac you do amazing work), to the care in the office, and the man leading the charge; Impact plumbing has a long future in the valley and bring a new level of quality! The Goettle tech whom came to my home was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable/professional.
The job was done quickly and the tech gave me some options to ensure my drains do not clog in the near future.

Rooter Ranger recently replaced my sewer system under my house. They told me the job would be 5 days, it was 20 days. They showed up two hours or more late half of the time. They didn't show up for 3 of the days and never called me to tell me they weren't coming by. I tried to call and text the supervisor, Paul, and most of the time he would not answer or get back to me. They left the job with 4 items not completed. They were supposed to fix my bathtub faucet which drips, my bathroom sink faucet, hang a piece of drywall in my bathroom and clean up dirty black marks and boot prints on my carpet in two rooms. I kept trying to call and Paul would not answer or text me for two weeks. I did the survey and someone in branding called and left me a message. I called her back and she refused to talk to me. Someone in branding told me I have to talk to Paul. The one who won't answer me at all. A few days later a plumber did come by and attempt to fix my bathtub drippy faucet, he did fix my bathroom faucet and helped me cut a piece of wood to cover a hole in my wall. The plumber said someone named Devin would call me, and he hasn't yet. It's been a week. They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. They did not put plastic down on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet myself. I wouldn't use this company again, not even to unplug a toilet. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Thank you CSSC! Chuck came out to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He was on time, professional, friendly and even took his shoes off without me asking (it's the small things right?). He fixed the problem in no time. The service at Complete Service Solutions is 5 star!

Called BEST yesterday morning (Saturday) because my air conditioning stopped working Friday night. I was surprised when Jason answered and assured me that a technician would be out within an hour. The technician Clayton arrived on time as promised and was able to diagnose, repair, and test my AC within 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jason and thanks Clayton. Oh I forgot to mention. I had a bad capacitor. Clayton said that capacitors are one of the more common parts that go out. The total price of the repair including diagnostic was about $200. So glad he was honest and didn’t try to charge thousands. Really impressed with these guys!

I'm so impressed with the communication with Resolution Plumbing. The part was on backorder and they kept me up-to-date DAILY with the status. You don't see that kind of customer service now-a-days. The job was done quickly once the part was in. I would recommend them to others if you want a solid customer service based company that also gets the job done and charges the industry standards.

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company.
