Best Gas Line Issue in Las Vegas NV

Jason is very helpful and knows plumbing like the back of his hand. I myself know a little bit of plumbing and a plumber myself, but nowhere near skilled as Jason. I still call him from time to time anytime I need help or have any questions about plumbing. If anyone has any plumbing issues and want the best quality service.. Jason from Nevada Plumbing Authority would be the one to call. Personally, not only he's the best plumber in my opinion, he's also a great friend and a caring human being.Thank you Jason.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

Hands down the best! Responded right away after my hot water tank went. They were here early and Alex was extremely professional and did a complete walk through of my issues. They even encouraged getting other quotes to install a new tankless water heater and water softener. 3 other companies did not come close!

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

When I needed a water softener after moving to Nevada and as a single woman I prayed I’d find a plumber who wouldn’t rip me off. Preston and his 40+ year plumber experienced father Roger were just the right fit. Their experience, expertise and fair pricing along with their prompt action to help me couldn’t have been better. Instinctively I knew I could trust them. They advised me on a good softener and installed it neatly. They came running when I had a kitchen sink plumbing problem. They came back on another date to install a laundry tub. They have become like family! I feel perfectly comfortable to leave them in my house to repair or do any work at this point. You will not be disappointed with this company as they also have strict employee guidelines for the rest of their staff. Obviously I highly recommend this company!

My most recent work order with this business was to install a reverse osmosis unit under my kitchen sink. Once again, top quality job with attention to detail. Preston & Roger are the absolute BEST in the plumbing field with so much experience to back up their work. So far they have completed 4 separate jobs for me over a few months time and I’ve never been disappointed. I am blessed as a single woman to have found such a trustworthy business. Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc came on time, unfortunately, the city took a while to come and shut off the main valve for the entire condo. Anyway, the tech guys patiently waited. They are both very polite and nice guys. They patiently waited and took care of the prob. I definitely recommend them. Great work guys!

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
