I’ve used Keagan now for three projects at my house plus several projects at work. Each of them has been done professionally, quickly and correctly. This time was to replace my water heater that was failing. He’s a straight shooter. Explains what you can expect, how long it will take and what it will cost. Haik was very flexible during my appointment scheduling and was accommodating. He repaired my dryer and completed the task with no major issues. Definitely will work with him/Mastermind Mechanical down the road...but hopefully not too soon otherwise that means my appliances and/or HVAC is going bad. Thanks for the great service and price.

I called Dino's Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a knowledgeable plumbing professional. I described the issue, and she said it could be one of several things. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Dino arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price qutoed.

Now I know nobody likes paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Dino's Plumbing and specifically Dino were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable professional, and if their entire staff is like Dino, I will use them again in the future.

Ed and his staff are amazing to work with, I needed a complete overhaul on my AC unit and they where able to do a complete professional install the same day. Very professional, very informative and trustworthy.
They back their work with a fully warranty and I’m confident if I have any issues they will be just as responsive and attentive.

Best experience with plumbing service in Vegas. As a first time home owner it seem that everything breaks eventually!! So happy I found a good company I trust with reasonable prices.

These plumbers are honest, reliable, and responsive. It does not necessarily matter what time it is but they will come when you call them. If you need a plumber, you should look no further.

I had problems with my water heater not staying on ( pilot light ) so manufacture sent me replacement part turned out that didn’t help , had to call second opinion and Albert came out and did everything he could to resolve my issue , he was able to determine my water heater was done no repair was going to help it needed to be replaced, I can’t say enough about the service and care that was put into my problem I was absolutely impressed with all that was done for me , if I could give 10 star review I would , this company is as professional and honest as one could ask for , thank you albert !!

I’ve had some issues at the house I live at now. I have called Mike and he always schedules himself and the guys to come out right away to look at the problems and come up with a solution to fix. Mike V was out last time. Super nice guy, Very polite and knowledgeable. After fixing what he came to do he also stayed and helped me with my mini split remote. Very thoughtful.

On another incident my brothers AC stopped blowing cold. I called Mike and he had Adam out to my brothers house within the hour. Adam got the unit diagnosed right away. Once it thawed out Adam came back out and made sure everything was running properly. Adam is also a great guy and great technician, polite and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Simply Air Conditioning and heating. Owner Mike has been servicing my ac’s for years. He is the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable person I know. So are his employees, from the gals in the office to the techs in the field. I will never use another company, Simply AC cares about there customers.

Fast, great service but a little pricey on changing a fill valve...water valve was reasonable & everything done right!!

I had an issue where my Hot Water Heater ruptured and flooded part of my house. I called this company afterhours and they set me up with an appointment early the next day. And then they were there when they said they would be and texted me in advance that they were coming. The price for the service was fair and was completed on time. My tech was Saul and I felt very comfortable dealing with him - especially as a woman handling this situtation on my own. I would highly recommend this company.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
