Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

I’ve used Keagan now for three projects at my house plus several projects at work. Each of them has been done professionally, quickly and correctly. Called for a sewer back up for 1 of our customer's units. Original scheduled time could not be met and was rescheduled . Received call from office person stating that technician would be coming out after all. Frank Rohr came to the property after he finished work to take a look at the problem. That went above and beyond. Very friendly and had a caring attitude to the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked till he got the problem resolved....Would highly recommend this company and most assuredly Frank Rohr. He definitely provided us with the highest quality of service we could have expected.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

I usually never leave reviews, but felt i would this time because these guys are excellent.

Serviceman was extremely helpful and honest, told me what the problem was (very minor) and how to fix it myself, didnt charge a dime. Overall great service 5 stars all the way.

I had to get my entire shower tile re-done and the installer put me in a situation where my plumbing was no longer lining up with the wall properly. It's amazing how something so small can become such a large problem. Nobody else had the answers except HIPS. They showed up ON TIME for their appointment (which was very easy to make and work with my schedule), were friendly and efficient. Their #1 concern was getting the job done right and that I was happy with the end result. Companies like this are very rare (especially in Las Vegas) and I won't call anyone else for anything plumbing related.

Alex Valencia came to inspect air conditioning and gave me the option to fix or get a new system. I opted for getting a new system and he helped me with the application process to finance. He explained every detail of what I was getting and the technicians Earnie and Brian came the next day to install the system. They were all very friendly and explained everything about the system and how it works. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!
