Best Commercial New Construction in Las Vegas NV

After getting the run around and enormous quotes from 2 other recommended plumbers we called LV Restoration. Brian was prompt. His explanations on scope of work were understandable and the price was very fair. While we were still waiting to hear back from the previous 2 plumbers to schedule work, Brian was in and out and the job completed and not a moment too soon. We will only use LV Restoration going forward.

Although I didn’t use Innovative Plumbing for the work that I need at my house. They were very professional, honest, and prompt. The technician that came to my house and the staff in the office that scheduled the service were all very professional and polite.

Gerson & Vic were early, professional, great communicators and fast with the work. Will call this company again next time I am in need.

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

I shopped for a new water heater install from 8 different contractors and Jump 2 It was by far the best deal. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and never tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need like many of the bigger companies in Las Vegas did. Their price was nearly half what YES Las Vegas Plumbing was asking, which was the most expensive company we got a quote from. Jeremy did our install and he was incredibly nice and professional. One of my sons actually came outside and chatted with him while he did the installation. They came out the next day and were done with the new water heater after just 90 minutes. I was very impressed and will gladly reach out to them again if I have any major plumbing needs.

The worst customer service ever her name is Cindy and the manager she said her name is Jill. I hope the owner will read this and can contact me because they just lost a customer from Liberty Mutual. You don’t need an employee like them and i hope you have recording of the conversation we have with them on Jan. 22 between I can say 2:40 -2:55 So you find out how rude Cindy is and how your manager took care of it. I have to push one Star so i can post it but doesn’t deserve it.

I had another company tell me the new faucet I purchased was unable to be tightened onto my new vanity for various reasons but Dignity Plumbing came out the next day and had no problem at all! Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.
