I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Even on a Sunday, a plumber is dispatched. He appeared quickly and unclogged our shower. Excellent client service! Very dependable, and I would certainly use them again.

I have used mastermind mechanical twice now and have nothing but good words. Haik is very professional and his prices are very fair. I wouldn’t call anyone other than Haik for my HVAC/air conditioning needs because he is on-time, prompt, and HONEST. He truly goes above and beyond. Boss plumbing (Benny and Jeremy) just finished fixing the toilet flanges in both my bathrooms. The work was excellent but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Boss sends you a link to track the plumber when they are on the way and the office was quick to reply to my questions.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

They took over for Air Serve. Gave me more information about my system and how it is performing than they did.

Micheal showed up right on time and did exactly what he said he needed to do do fix the water heater for the price he quoted. He was very professional and I was very happy with the result. Great service and a fair price and great work. I will use them for again and tell all my friend about this company.

So apparently I have a water heater that has hard to find parts. The technician Opie was friendly and knowledgeable and tried really hard to find someone in our city who could replace this part ASAP. Although ultimately I will be waiting for my hot shower I was impressed with the service and professionalism of this company.

Showed up on time, did a thorough check of the A/C unit and found everything working great.

Poor service, installed faucet, starts leak with in a week.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
